Blue Sky, a tranquil accommodation, is a perfect place to unwind. The center regularly hosts guests for workshops and activities that are related to health and wellbeing. All the studios and 1 or 2 room apartments have a well equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a terrace with a view onto the sea, the garden or the swimming pool.
The program includes a unique approach which integrates the tools of mindfulness into the practice of Vinyasa flow yoga.
Opale will be providing teachings of Vinyasa flowing and dynamic yoga which incorporate and combine Prana flow sequences. You will practice 3 hours daily yoga, in an indoor yoga shala or on a shaded terrace by the seashore. Morning sessions run from 09:30 - 12:30, followed by a delicious and organic vegetarian lunch. Evening sessions from 17:00 to 20:00.
The 6 sessions will include asanas (yoga postures), Vinyasa (sequence of poses) pranayama (breathing exercises) and mindfulness meditation. Pilates exercises will be incorporated in the teachings. This is to ensure there is some specific focus on improving your core and help to build and strengthen the muscles supporting your spine.
The lessons are suitable for all, as the retreat welcomes complete beginners and those who have practiced yoga for some years. Every student will receive special attention.

Opales background in various yoga schools will promote the thorough study of each posture. She will gently ease you into the practice with breathing exercises and smooth movements to awaken the muscles and joints with preparation throughout the week for tougher poses through core and back strengthening exercises. Opale teaches with a professional and sensitive approach allowing for each individual student to evolve into their practice with fluidity and confidence.
Your daily schedule will include breakfast, lunch or dinner, depending on the yoga class being in the morning or in the evening, and plenty of time to enjoy the amazing surroundings.
In the last decade, Ibiza has grown as a very alternative, ecological and healing orientated location. Known as the white island for the curing properties of its white clay, Ibiza is nowadays a worldwide famous destination for nature lovers and yoga practitioners.
The retreat will take place at the Blue Sky Training Center, a few steps from Cala Martina beach, in a beautiful and calm spot, located on the island of Ibiza which, over the last 50 years, has become a focal point for alternative living. A place where people feel the freedom to express their own individuality and explore different ways to connect with their inner Self.

The food is delicious, healthy and vegetarian. Gluten and / or dairy-free requirements are catered for when necessary - please advise at the time of booking. Healthy breakfast and lunch / or dinner (depending if the yoga class is in the morning or in the afternoon) will be served in the dining room, or on the terrace.
There are plenty of options available when it comes to free time: beaches to enjoy, an island to explore, have a massage or relax by the pool.
In the evening, you can discover Es Canars animated port (a 15-minute walk away), with a variety of bars and restaurants and night life. On Wednesdays, Es Canar hosts the famous Hippy Market.
Can Suldate is a rustic restaurant close to Es Canar which also has live music on Thursday and Saturday evenings.
Santa Eularia is 2.5 miles away and a charming port town with a wide sandy beach, it offers all services (Pharmacy, Banks, etc.) and a fast shuttle boat to the sister island, Formentera.
Cala Nova, one of the islands most spectacular beaches, is walking distance from Es Canar.
The resort is also in very close proximity to the quiet beach of Cala Martina, where you can find two restaurants. The famous Chirincana La Playa restaurant is a few minutes walk and here you can enjoy a tasty vegetarian dinner and a musical show on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sunday evenings.
There is also a water sports center in Cala Martina, where you can book the following activities: kite surfing, wind surfing, scuba diving, canoeing and pedal boats.
You may book treatments or massages with Mary Bland, an integrative bodywork practitioner. A 1-hour treatment session is priced at 70 EUR, however, a minimum of 2 sessions are recommended for serious physical issues.

Transfers from and to Ibiza Airport (IBZ) are available for an additional cost and on request.
The cost is 40 EUR per way per vehicle. The cost will be shared if there is more than 1 guest.
