You will be accommodated in a basic accommodation during this retreat.
Yoga is practiced daily on the hills in the naturally built caves where many sages have meditated in the past. Meditation, pranayama, and lessons on yogic philosophy are also conducted amidst the natural surroundings. Chanting, anatomy, voice training, teaching skills, and life skills are also part of this retreat. You will get a chance to experience Indian village life and the beautiful energy that pervades there. Safety of the people is assured.

This retreat will take place in the hills near Tumkur, Karnataka, about 4 hours' drive from Mysore.
The delicious food is cooked at a traditional place. Drinking water will also be available.
