Join Billy Potocnik for a week of rejuvenation exploring yoga, meditation, and culture in the majestic setting of the Tuscany countryside! With this retreat, you will embark on a cultural journey which will be filled with unforgettable adventures, laughter, exploration, and illuminations of the spirit. It is a way of jettisoning the unwanted and going deeper into the self as you explore the world around and inside you, lighting up the soul as a group and as an individual.
On this retreat, you will be staying at La Ghiandaia di Silvia Bianchi. The historic villa, which sits on more than 70 acres of private land, was recently renovated by a Swiss filmmaker who was inspired by the property’s views of the hilly Maremma landscape. In keeping with the same eco-friendly philosophy that led the owners to grow natural wines and olive oils, this beautiful Tuscany estate is entirely solar powered.
Retreats are a great way to spread the message of compassion to a group of people. There’s so much to give, reach out, and touch more people. The greatest thing we can do is to serve and connect. That’s really what it’s all about, helping each other to experience yourself and open your heart completely.
You come on a retreat with a life, a job, kids, responsibilities, as well as roles you play in other’s lives, and you get to put that on hold to work on pointing that arrow towards your own heart. Take responsibility in living a brighter life, filled with more love and gratitude. Shifts take place. People share their stories. With this retreat, you will explore yoga, meditation, local cuisine, wine tasting, and cooking lessons. You will experience new cultures and new friends.
Excursions, wine tasting, and cooking lessons are included in this retreat.
This retreat will take place at La Ghiandaia di Silvia Bianchi in Tuscany, Italy. Even though the estate is peaceful and secluded, it’s only a short drive away from the pizzeria and medieval architecture in the hamlet of Tatti, as well as more shopping and dining in Ribolla.
