During this holiday, you will stay in a shared, private, or double room at the Kriya Yoga Ashram or at the Vedansha Retreat Center. The rooms offer hot water, a clean toilet, warm conditions during cold seasons, and security in the area. Rooms have fan and good ventilated. You may opt for an air-conditioned room offered upon availability at an additional charge of 8 USD per night.

If you would like to stay in a single or double hotel room, Vedansha Institute of Vedic Science and Alternative Medicine offers you a private accommodation with air-conditioning, either in a deluxe room or an apartment, for an additional cost. Please send an inquiry and the institute will be pleased to offer you a quotation for the hotel accommodation option.

Please note that sometimes the power goes off in the whole Rishikesh. During these moments, you will have light in your rooms, but the internet may stop working for a while. In such cases, you should not worry, as it usually comes back in a few minutes.     Yogachariya Dr. Sanjeev Pandey Ji ist der Gründer des Vedansha Institute of Vedic Science and Alternative Medicine. Er hat einen Doktortitel in Yogatherapie und Naturheilkunde und er ist Himalaya Yogi in der siebten Generation.     Yoga Alliance RYT 500 (Hatha Yoga, Bhakti Yoga)

    Rahul Singh, bekannt als Yogi Raj, wurde 1986 in Meerut geboren und ging dort zur Schule. Im Alter von 16 Jahren ging er ins Kloster, wo er die nächsten fünf Jahre seines Lebens verbrachte. Zu dieser Zeit lernte er die Philosophie des Yoga, der Asanas und des Pranayama von seiner Heiligkeit Guru Ji Swami Karshni Guru Sharnanand Ji im Udaseen Karshni Ashram, dem Raman Reti Ashram kennen. Im Kloster lernte er auch Bhakti Yoga, Mantragesang und antike Meditationstechniken durch die traditionelle Hatha Yogapraxis kennen.

    Dr. Natalia Vdovichenko wurde in eine Ärztefamilie in Kasachstan hinein geboren.     (Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga)

    Ashish ist ein Yogameister mit einer Einzigartigkeit, die Schüler dank seinem dynamischen Unterrichtsstil anzieht. Er wurde in eine vedische Familie hineingeboren und ist ein zertifizierter Yogalehrer, der schon seit sechs Jahren unterrichtet.     Awdhesh ist ein Asana Yogalehrer für Hatha und Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Er wurde in der Yoga-Hauptstadt Rishikesh geboren.     Pandit Shiva Ji oder Jyotish Acharya ist ein berühmter traditioneller vedischer Astrologe aus Rishikesh. Er ist in Astrologie und vedischer Wissenschaft qualifiziert und hat einen Jyotish Acharya (Masterabschluss in Astrologie) und Ved Acharya (Masterabschluss in vedischer Wissenschaft und Vastu Shastra) von der Sampoorna Nanda Sanskrit University in Kashi (Varanasi), Indien. Er hat schon mit großen Astromeistern aus den Himalaya zusammengearbeitet und lebt und unterrichtet in Rishikesh, wo er sein Wissen in Vedanta, Astrologie und vedischem Karma Kand mit anderen teilt.

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL).

From there, you can book a domestic flight to arrive at Dehradun Airport (DED). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request.

Upon arrival to Dehradun Airport (DED), you can also hire a taxi. Alternatively, you can hire a taxi from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) or you can avail the Vedansha Institute of Vedic Science and Alternative Medicine transport package which covers the cost from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) to Rishikesh by taxi and back, after the completion of the course. Rishikesh is a six-hour drive away from the Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL).

Arrival by bus

You can also opt for Volvo service from Delhi, however bus traveling could cause inconvenience for the first time travelers.

Arrival by train

Take train for Haridwar from New Delhi Railway Station. From Haridwar, there are many transport facilities available to reach Rishikesh. Transfer from and to this train station is available upon request.
