There are ten rooms in Montepaolos main building, located on either the second or third floor, reached by stairs. The rooms are comprised of a variety of layouts, sleeping either two, three or four guests. Each room is named after a sign of the zodiac. All rooms are very comfortable, providing tranquility and repose in a refined and welcoming environment.
Montepaolo also has two Junior Suites which are one-bedroom lofts with a kitchen, as well as two two-bedroom apartments in the 14th century tower called La Torre del Brigante.
The second floor has three spacious, light-filled rooms, each with a balcony. These were the family bedrooms when the house was a private residence of the current owner and they still have the floors and antiques dating back to the 19th century. The amenities for these rooms are Wi-Fi, heating, TV, telephone, mini-fridge, ceiling fan, security box, and hair dryer.
The other seven rooms are located in the charming renovated attic on the third floor, each with windows overlooking the surrounding countryside or landscaped grounds and decorated in the Provencal style. The amenities for these rooms are Wi-Fi, heating / air conditioning, tv, telephone, mini-fridge, ceiling fan, security box, and hair dryer. For guests staying in the main building, included in the service is a fresh breakfast buffet provided on the first (ground) floor.

Yoga mat and free bicycle are provided.
Companions who do not participate in the activities can come in a shared room and pay only the accommodation.
Forget for a time your past and your origins, you are entering into a different world. Vedaguru Centre hopes that at the end of this experience you will have something invaluable to carry with you always. In the heart of Apulia, the retreat will be held, and it will definitely bring your thoughts to another place of relaxation and at the same time, you will fall in love with this place. It will bring you an experience of your five senses as well as discovering your true nature.
Yoga is not just "poses." It also includes what happens along the way (how you breathe, how you are listening to your body, and how your mind is focused on the present moment). Yoga is a personal activity that looks different with each of you. Yoga is not about how you "look" on the outside, it is about how you "feel" on the inside.
You will practice Hatha yoga with a balanced yoga approach. Every morning, there will be warm-up exercises, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), mantras (positive affirmations), mindfulness (focuses attentions), Mudra, and relaxation (includes guided imagery) surrounded by nature.
This holiday includes a tour to experience Puglia.
Conversano is located on a pleasant hill of the Murgia, just six kilometers from Cozze village. Among its characteristics is a historic center that is divided into three parts (the medieval city, Casalvecchio and Casalnuovo). In addition, there are the Basilica and many churches which retain the signs of the religious power.
Located four kilometers from Cozze, Polignano a Mare is the pearl of the Adriatic, a sublime combination between the blue sea and the cliffs of the ancient polignano borgo. It is also an oasis to discover the rich province of Bari. Won the coveted Blue Flag award and four sails of Legambiente, Polignano a Mare has great hospitality of its people, its traditions, and folklore to accommodate tourists. In the historic center of Polignano a Mare, time has stopped to give way to the sound of the sea, its intense aroma, with its bright colors. Here, you can see balconies set in the cliff and narrow streets and corners of the old town to give authentic emotions.
Alberobello is located 24 kilometers from Conversano in the Valle d'Itria. "I wake up and I see a land of dreams, as setrulli asleep yet," wrote then enchanted Gabriele D'Annunzio in front of the trulli of Alberobello. Lamine resting on the shelf of one another, in circles ever closer to the final funnel, a masterpiece of statics with an air chamber that is formed between a chianca and the other to absorb the changes in temperature and to keep it constant.
"i trulli", cool in summer and warm in the winter, are the first example of natural insulation. And the so-called "passivity" of the structure is able to absorb even the most violent shocks of earthquake. The trulli are an unreal world and sweet as a caress, a symbol of the spirituality of time. The trullo was a self-sufficient dwelling for the life and work of men and animals. And those mysterious symbols on the cones are praise to the Lord or an invocation of protection facing the sun.
