Suzanne is a CYT 500 Yoga Teacher, C-IAYT 800 Yoga Therapist, and Reiki Master. Her journey began when she stepped into a Bikram Yoga Studio and fell in love with the total detoxification and aliveness from that sweaty intense practice. After years of practicing, she decided to try Baptiste Power Yoga and knew it was a deeper practice as she felt changes happening inside of herself, it was no longer physical. She couldn’t put it into words how she was changing, but knew there was something to it. Her curiosity in this practice led her to enroll in her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2007.

Tara Temple

Tara brings playful wisdom and therapeutic expertise to every class. An 800-hour Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and E-500 RYT instructor trained at prestigious Kripalu Center, she specializes in gentle, restorative, and therapeutic practices. Students cherish her intuitive approach to alignment and inclusive teaching style. Known for creating a nurturing space where everyone feels welcome, Tara's classes balance technical precision with heartfelt guidance, leaving students feeling both challenged and deeply cared for.
