Your lodging will be at Acuatic Lofts and Flying Cloud Hotel. Acuatic Lofts 2 and 4 are spacious private rooms with a kitchenette, balcony, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. It has a minimalist design yet comfortable with all the necessary items to create a perfect base for this yoga and dive holiday.

In Tulum, your space has air conditioning and ceiling fans. Your loft space has a comfortable king-sized bed and fold-out queen-sized couch. In XCalak, you have either a king or queen-sized bed, ceiling fans, and a marvelous balcony or patio space to meditate under the stars or journal by the sea. The Xcalak rooms are directly on the marvelous Caribbean beach.

While staying here, you will certainly feel at home. Located just downstairs from the Tribal Yoga Studio and just above the Acuatic Tulum Dive Center, you have convenient access to Tribal and Acuatic's facility and staff as well as Tulum’s neighborhood restaurants and shops.

Acuatic / Tribal is on the bike path to the beach and is about a 20-minute bike or 10-minute taxi drive to the beach. Although you are not directly on the beach, you will have fabulous access to the most sought-after cenote dive sites and easy access to the magnificent Tulum Beach and the cultural attractions of Tulum Pueblo.

They have reliable internet at no extra charge in both Tulum and XCalak. However, this will be the perfect time to hit pause and let go of the digital world. Use this retreat to notice the breeze in the surrounding trees and the warm air on your face or relax on a nearby hammock before you are off to your next yoga class or dive adventure.

This retreat is like no other if you are an adventurous person who also wants to take care of yourself and touch the breath of your being. The locations, the guides and teachers and the activities are the best available. You will not only have fabulous experiences but also meet places and people who can introduce you to yourself and some of the most amazing natural areas on the planet.

If you are a certified diver and want to experience the best of the spectacularly unique cenotes and Caribbean coastal reef while improving your yoga, this week is for you. If you are not certified, Tribal can help you get there. They can certify you as part of these unique and memorable experiences. Just let them know and find a friend to come with you. You can both get certified and become lifelong dive and yoga buddies.

Tribal Yoga Tulum has the perfect combination of yoga and scuba / free diving for an experience that will cultivate a sense of inner peace while fostering that ideal sense of accomplishment as you improve both your diving and yoga skills while you fill your energetic tank. Give yourself this special week full of mind and body opening as you are introduced to ancient places and waters that will fill your senses and soul.

Introduce yourself to another existence on land and underwater in some of the hidden and not so hidden parts of the Yucatan. Sometimes, the most amazing jewels are right in front of you but you cannot see them until you observe them with the right eye. Let your eyes be opened and see the wonder all around. As you practice and dive in amazing places, you will cultivate peace and quiet for the mind, refreshing energy for the body.

This intensive one week will allow you to drop out of normal life for a period and renew as well as refresh your inner spirit and zen. With incredible teachers, guides, lodging, and natural areas, you will immerse yourself in your yoga practice and diving in a way you have never allowed yourself before.

Upon arrival on Saturday at Cancun airport, a chauffeur will meet you to bring you to Acuatic Lofts at the Acuatic Tulum Dive and Yoga Center where your hosts Joanne and Alex will meet you. Your loft has air conditioning, a kitchenette, balcony, and king-sized bed with a sofa couch for people sharing.

Your lodging embodies a place where you can unplug, slow down, and get back in touch with your true nature and the natural environment around you. After relaxing and unpacking, you can participate in a Restorative yoga class at 18:00 at Tribal Tulum yoga studio.

On Sunday morning, Tribal Yoga Tulum has two cenote dives geared toward your level of ability before an afternoon of relaxation and preparing for an early start on Monday.

Monday’s yoga class with pranayama starts at 08:30 before your free dive experience in Kaan Luum Lagoon. After the free dive, the truck with your gear and lunch will take you to Xcalak, a three-hour drive heading south through the Mayan countryside. Once there, you will find your rooms at the Flying Cloud Hotel, tour the Xcalak Dive Center, and walk down to the water’s edge for a sunset kayak tour.

In the morning, you will practice yoga before breakfast and two reef dives in the Xcalak Reef National Reserve. Afterward, you will relax by the pool, in hammocks, reading, or watching a movie on the big screen in the library. Food and drink are available at the onsite restaurant, the Coral Bar and Grill.

After breakfast, you will go for two more reef dives and later in the afternoon, SUP yoga on the Caribbean Sea. In the evenings, you are free to enjoy cocktails and hang out at the pool. Tribal Yoga Tulum will have a special guest give a dive presentation before dinner.

In the morning, you will have SUP yoga on the lagoon before checkout at 11:00 and drive to Tulum for a tour of the Tulum ruins and yoga at 18:00.

You will dive at Dos Ojos with an option for the deeper dive in the pit for advanced divers. The afternoon is free time before yoga at 18:00.

On Saturday, you will have an option for a sunrise bike ride and yoga at 08:30 before transfer to the airport.

Notes: All reef dives are dependant on weather. In case of inclement weather or sea conditions, the dive sites will be modified to include additional cenote dives or some snorkeling areas. The cenote dives will mean lodging at Acuatic Tulum. Unless participants decide otherwise, you will spend at least one day at XTC either diving or snorkeling with SUP yoga.

Ausflüge (inklusive)

During this retreat, you will enjoy a guided kayak tour in the reef in Xcalak.
