This yoga for pregnancy course provides an integral approach to the safe and practical application of yoga asanas, pranayama, mantras, and meditation during pregnancy. You will learn to teach holistic yoga classes especially designed for all Prenatal and Post-natal stages of pregnancy. This course is intended for yoga teachers who already have a 200-hour certification, midwives, and other health care providers working with pregnant women.

During this training, you will be staying at Om Guest House, located 30 kilometers south of Athens of the Greek Riviera. It has a beautiful sea views and walking distance to the beach. Accommodation will be in a double room with sea views from all apartments. The apartments have a roof garden and sun terrace.

Michelle Kaminski finished her Masters in Clinical Psychology in California, and then followed her passion for yoga by taking an Ashtanga teachers training course in Italy. Studying directly under Swami Vidyanand, the founder of Yoga Alliance International, she received the Grand Master level certification in Transformational Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation. She also studied prenatal yoga with Uma Dinsmore- Tuli in London, children’s yoga with Rainbow Kids, Yin yoga with Bernie Clark and Therapeutic yoga with Joseph Le Page. She blends psychology and spirituality in her own yoga way!
Keisha has been practicing, teaching, and studying yoga since 1995 and completed her first yoga teacher training program in Austin, Texas. Since then, she has studied with many different teachers and trained in various traditions including Iyengar, Anusara, Kundalini and Ashtanga. Keisha draws from several Hatha Yoga lineages to teach a Flow Yoga style that cultivates grace, freedom, fun and loving-kindness. In her classes she combines a passion for yoga anatomy and yoga philosophy to help students make the exploratory journey from mind to body to heart.
This retreat will take place in Lagonisi, Athens, Greece.
During this training, you will be served three daily vegetarian meals.
Please book your flight to arrive at Athens International Airport (ATH). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Transformational Hatha Yoga will pick you up from the airport.
Alternatively, you can also arrive at Athens train station. Transfers from the train station are included.
