Hello and welcome to the Willow Retreat. Teresa looks forward to meeting you and sharing the magic of a yoga practice and how it can transform your life in a real way. She is from Ireland and has travelled across the globe. Teresa studied as a naturopath and a yoga teacher in India, and has since gone on to study food and fermentation and gut health. She loves to share this special space in nature.

Please book your flight to arrive at Dublin Airport (DUB). Dublin Airport-Galway city direct buses with Citylink or Gobus. Bus Eireann bus from Galway City to Clarenbridge village where the host will be happy to collect you and take you to your retreat. This is about 20 minutes from Galway city. The cost of a return ticket via bus is 40 EUR. The cost of the local bus is about 10 EUR return.
You can also book your flight to arrive at Shannon Airport (SNN) or Cork Airport (ORK). Please inquire for more details if arriving at these two airports.
Arrival by bus
Galway city is 17 kilometers from the Willow Retreat. You can get a bus from the city to the local village of Clarenbridge and The Willow Retreat will be happy to collect you from there.
