During this retreat, you will be staying in a rustic Canarian villa where the traditional atmosphere meets modern convenience. The spacious four-bedroom villa has a pool, overlooking the dreamy volcanic landscape and amazing sunrise and sunset views. The bedrooms spread on one level around a courtyard. All rooms are spacious and comfortable and you can choose from a shared twin room with shared bathroom, en-suite single room, to an en-suite double room with exit to the pool area.

The food, the workshops, yoga, and meditation practice will be focusing on detox on all levels and helping bring your body, mind and spirit back into harmonious balance, and showing you how to stay there. Tjasa has been practicing and studying the teachings of yoga for over two decades. She has trained in dynamic Vinyasa, Hatha, and more recently Yin yoga. For her, yoga is a way of connecting to the divine, finding stillness, staying in the present, and feeling grounded and balanced. She holds a certificate in plant-based nutrition through eCornell and believes that yoga combined with plant-based lifestyle leads to vibrant health, wellness, and compassion on the planet. She is also a lifestyle and nature photographer, specializing in yoga photography.
Santosha Yoga Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Hatha Yoga)
Nina trained as a traditional Hatha yoga teacher and her yoga-teaching journey led her from Switzerland and Germany to Fuerteventura. Being a surf teacher herself, she loves teaching surfers and approaches every group differently depending on their needs. Sometimes, she takes it slow with restorative practices and sometimes practices more dynamic flow yoga or yoga Nidra to calm down and reconnect while relaxing to a meditative state. Also, she has completed her RYT 200 in Santosha Yoga.
Ivana is our expert when it comes to detox, plant-based food, and raw food. She has her own practice and works as a nutrition consultant not far from Munich. Her mission is to help people find their way to a healthier and happier life, nurture their confidence, healthy and well being. She will be supporting you during your week, and also inform and explain the basics about detoxification and raw food in the workshops.
This retreat will take place in a villa in Lajares, Fuerteventura, Spain. Lajares is a quaint and trendy little village nestled among the volcanoes of the north of Fuerteventura, on the way to the beaches of El Cotillo. Its main attraction is the Saturday’s arts and crafts market. There are numerous cafes and restaurants you can choose from as well as a supermarket.
The food on this retreat will be raw vegan - nourishing, wholesome, locally sourced, and organic (when possible). Enjoy heaps of fresh fruits, salads, colorful smoothies, and raw vegan desserts to end meals on a sweet note.
Please book your flight to arrive at Fuerteventura Airport (FUE). There are daily flights to Fuerteventura from most major European cities.
