Yoga and Breathwork Retreat in Germany

Set alongside a river, retreat from the city for yoga, breathwork, and journalling.

Be enticed to long autumn walks, watch late sunrises and arrive at the source of your inner strength.

Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga will bring balance to the strong and soft winter element of Water - sustained by the practice of yoga Nidra, release ritual, and journaling.

In the Asana lab workshop, you will work on personalising the alignment of a few specific asanas for each practitioner. These specific Asanas activate the TCM water meridians of the kidney and bladder.

The language of instruction will be English and/or German.

The Seminar Room

The Taubenblau seminar room is equipped with a wooden floor and fire place. Natural light penetrates through French doors and large windows, which in turn offer a view of the large garden.

The Deck

On the really very large terrace (called the deck) you can eat, sunbathe, do yoga, read and have a really good time under the wooden pergola. Everything is possible on deck.

The Garden

The surreal garden is an eye-catcher. The many plants, rose bushes, apple trees, the whole terrace-like garden are worth a visit as of themselves, it offers many hidden opportunities to be, to relax, to breathe.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of the Taubenblau seminar house, famous for its delicious cuisine. Much of the food comes directly from local partners in the village or in the area.

The Dining Area

The dining room is a multifunctional group room with handmade tables and chairs from a Stolzenhagen designer.

The Lounge

A living room designed to chill out in with its large couch, vintage sofa, and seating possibilities on cushions make the room perfect for small group discussions or games. You can simply have the next coffee or a delicious tea handed to you through the hatch to the dining room. The unusual door made of old windows a real eye-catcher.

The Bedrooms

The bedrooms range from spacious and luxurious to small and practical. All rooms are conceptually well thought out, bright and friendly. Seminarhaus Taubenblau offers different bedrooms suitable for each individual. One important factor in all bedrooms: to be able to sleep peacefully.

Single rooms in which everything is compact, practical, and sensible.

Three double rooms pink, blue and yellow have a double bed and a shared bathroom. Suitable for couples or good friends or as a single room.

Master Bedroom -- The spacious double room with a large queen-sized bed not only has its own bathroom with shower but also its own balcony, which looks directly into the beautiful garden and offers enough space for breakfast together.

The upstairs double bedroom is equipped with two single beds, which can also be put together to a double bed and has its own bathroom with shower.

Also upstairs, the dormitory has four beds, which are slightly separated from each other by locker-like cupboards offering a feeling of pleasant privacy despite multiple occupancies.

The new Tuscany rooms are located below the large deck. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and each has its own washbasin. There is an adjoining hallway with huge windows to the garden where you can sit, read and relax.


The Programme begins on Friday, November the 19th at 18 pm with a greeting circle and a slow flow yoga class and ends on Sunday, November the 21st at 14 pm after lunch.

Each morning begins with Pranayama and meditation, moving into a dynamic yoga practice and then ending the day with gentle yoga practices. There is plenty of time to relax, read, sunbathe, take a walk alongside the canal or into the countryside.

The famous Taubenblau Kitchen

The international kitchen team of Taubenblau are well known for their vegan and vegetarian cuisine - with meals influenced from the many parts of the world. Every meal is skilfully prepared and delightfully served.

With Soul Treats Retreats you are offered daily three meals as well as gourmet coffee, tea and water are available throughout the day

The vegetarian and vegan meals are organic. The ingredients come mainly directly from local partners.

Arrival by train

Lunow-Stolzenhagen is approximately 90 minutes from Berlin by car or public transport by train and bus.

Some retreaters in the past have chosen to come by train and bike as there is a lovely bike route through the countryside from Angermünde train station.

The jouney is organized by the retreaters. The organizer can assist in creating car sharing or travel groups if desired.
