Accommodation includes spacious cottages and deluxe rooms. All of which are designed to make the guest feel at home. All rooms have a garden attached where one could practice yoga or sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully decorated in a style that combines the best of tradition with contemporary flourishes. The large bathrooms have separate bathtub and shower areas. The deluxe rooms have private gardens and outdoor decks for sunbathing or yoga.

Therapeutic yoga

This therapeutic yoga is one of the complementary therapies, formulated according to an individual’s state of health to manage their condition, reduce symptoms and increase vitality. It involves asanas, pranayamas, meditation, relaxation techniques, and kriyas. Specific techniques practiced every day will help maintain inner balance, boost immunity and remain calm and stress-free.

Breathing exercises (Ashtanga and Hatha yoga)

The asanas are designed for improving the breath. Here each movement is followed closely by inhalation and exhalation. Care is taken to expand the lungs and relax the muscles assisting breathing and thereby improving the lung capacity.

Kriyas

Kriyas such as Jalaneti and Netra Dhauti help strengthen the nerves, sharpen the memory, and strengthen the glands as well as purify them.

Meditation

It is a continuous concentration of the mind on an object, sound, or thought. This is the state where the person forgets one's physical self and focuses one's entire energy on the object of meditation which helps attain a blissful state and reach one's innermost potential.

SOUKYA transformation meditation

The basis of this lies in the theory that stress, a negative thought in the mind has a great negative impact on the body so as to cause illnesses of the cardiac, respiratory system, locomotor organs, and etc. Any positive suggestion to the mind can reverse the negativity and bring about a positive change in the body and also create positivity in the entire self.

Chakra meditation

Here, you will focus on the seven chakras running through the Sushumna Nadi, their characteristics, and functions. You will try to energize these chakras and dissipate their energies to the systems corresponding.

Breath meditation

Simple procedures of focussing entirely on our breath without interfering with it. Noticing the effects of breathing – its subtleness and the changes it brings about in our system.

Relaxation

Various techniques to focus on our body and breathing for realizing the lightness and freshness in our body and mind. It involves suggesting the different parts of our body to relax by focusing fully on that region and sending positive suggestions.

Yoga Nidra

This is yogic sleep. Through this technique, one attains the benefits of sleep without actually falling asleep. The mind and body are taken to a state as in sleep through continuous suggestions and focus.

We create ovo-vegetarian meals based on the principles of low fat, low salt, and low spice using ingredients from the organic farm.

During your free time, you can have a relaxing walk through the venue's two-kilometer walking track surrounded by lush garden and beautiful flowering trees, have fun to play snooker or table tennis, or simply laze by the swimming pool.

You will enjoy ten treatment sessions which includes reflexology, acupuncture, auriculotherapy, acupressure, aroma oil massage, energy balance massage, Swedish massage, fruit and vegetable facial, mud bath, and colonic hydrotherapy.

Reflexology

An oriental healing technique used to relax the nerves and release the trapped energy. There are energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the major organs, glands and parts of the body. Based on the principle that reflex points in the feet and palms correlate to individual organs and parts of the body, manipulations on these reflexes help stimulate the organs. It helps those suffering from insomnia, menstrual problems, and pains.

Acupuncture

Chinese acupuncture works by using fine needles painlessly applied to specific points around the body to stimulate channels of energy flow allowing the body to balance itself. It helps in migraines, pains, sciatica, and allergies like asthma and sinusitis.

Auriculotherapy

All the internal organs of the body and the most vital functions like heart rate and blood pressure are represented in each ear.
