After the course, you will be able to perform and teach all 30 traditional Hatha yoga asanas with correct sequencing along with pranayama, meditation, and chanting and establish a regular meditation practice to guide others in a proper meditation.

Dr. Summit Sharma
Dr. Sumit is expert in the field of Physical Therapy and posture imbalance and sedentary life disorders. He did his Masters of Physical Therapy in Musculoskeletal Disorders in Orthopedic Branch and the diploma in Sports Medicine from West Bengal. He is also a certified Pilate’s trainer from Indian Academy of Fitness Training Mangalore. His simple and contemporary style of delivering deep and practical knowledge of anatomy and physiology endear him to his students. He has taught few hundred students from more than 35 countries and he mainly focuses on the therapeutic aspects of yoga.
Siddhartha Veer, born in a traditional Indian family, grew up around the temples and ashrams of great sage Neem Karoli Baba. These ashram visits and wandering in Himalayan foothills gave him a deep spiritual understanding of the ancient vedic wisdom. As a result of his wanderings and past life Samskaras, he met and served Revered M.M Swami Veda Bharati, one of the greatest Vedic Scholar of the 21st century, who guided him and initiated him on the path of meditation. He has studied Advaita Vedanta texts under H.H Swami Dayananda Saraswati and M.M Swami Abhishek Chaitanya Giri.

Three daily vegetarian meals will be served during this training. The yoga diet is all about aligning with nature and learning to eat in a way that connects you with yourself and the planet.
Because a nourished body forms a healthy foundation for one’s mind and emotions, Siddhi Yoga will provide you with fresh, vibrant cuisine, and a mix of healing and grounding meals.
Think abundant salads, mixed vegetable dishes, soups, daal, rice, and plenty of fresh local fruits. The aim is to create balance and strength in the body and to heal the organs, tissues, muscles, and bones that will be working hard for your month of training and beyond.
Given that there are not many options for dining outside the resort, all meals will be provided on campus including Saturday and Sunday. You’ll just need to inform Siddhi Yoga in advance on Friday evening if you will be eating on campus that weekend.
Many students often leave on the weekends to go sightseeing, trekking, shopping, so your hosts want to ensure no food is wasted. Weekend meals are complimentary from Siddhi Yoga.
During the weekends you are free to go sightseeing, trekking, shopping, or shopping in Rishikesh and the surrounding area.
Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). From there you can take a domestic flight to Dehradun Airport (DED). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Siddhi Yoga International will pick you up from the airport. T
There are a couple of flights from Delhi to Dehradun throughout the day. Airfare is between 2,000 to 10,000 INR. The earlier you book, the more you will save. Fares and availability of seats in the flight change constantly and can be booked online.
Upon arrival to Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), you can take a bus from Delhi to Rishikesh. The Rishikesh bus runs from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. everyday and takes a little over six hours.
The cost of a bus ticket is around 400 to 500 INR. Siddhi Yoga International can assist you in booking your ticket. Bus booking opens one month before the travel date. You can take a pre-paid taxi from the airport to reach the bus boarding point at Delhi. Siddhi Yoga International will pick you up from the Rishikesh bus stand.
There is one air conditioned train named Dehradun Shatabdi, which starts from New Delhi at 6:45 a.m. and reaches Haridwar at 11:30 a.m. The train ticket costs around 650 INR.
Siddhi Yoga International can assist you to book your ticket. Train booking opens two months before the travel date. You can take the metro train from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) to reach the New Delhi railway station. Siddhi Yoga International will pick you up from the Haridwar railway station.
