Shivalaya Yoga and Meditation and Retreats Center offers you a range of rooms with double or twin beds either with attached or shared bathrooms. The retreat center has a spectacular yoga shala with the view of the Himalayas and Begnas Lake, in which 15 people can practice very comfortably, but could fit up to 20. It also has a closed meditation hall.
The yoga and meditation center is surrounded by the beautiful, quiet, and freshwater Begnas Lake. The living is close to the mountains and forests, quiets the mind and recharges your energy. They have well-furnished guest rooms with attached bathroom. There’s also a restaurant with a wide selection of food, all freshly prepared, and available throughout the day. The center is basically encircled with the jungle, although there are some other tourist buildings around it.
Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential.

Shivalaya Yoga and Meditation and Retreats Center is located on the hilltop overlooking Begnas Lake, Nepal. The unique gem is a great hideaway, offering a chance to break away from it all. No roads, cars, bikes, or shops and a spectacular viewpoint with stunning sunrise and sunsets over the Annapurna. Shivalaya Yoga and Meditation and Retreats Center is only five-minutes' walk away from the lake shore, so daily swimming is easily possible. There are also several options for daily hiking on which you will have a panoramic view of the Himalayan Annapurna range.
This teacher training course includes organic meals three times a day and herbal tea or coffee. Shivalaya Yoga and Meditation and Retreats Center offers a healthy and balanced vegetarian diet based on Asian cuisine and tea prepared from several species of Nepal. Most of the vegetables, fruits, and ingredients come from the local farmers.
Please book your flight to arrive at Pokhara Airport (PKR). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Shivalaya Yoga and Meditation and Retreats Center will pick you up from the airport. You should arrive on the first day before 10 p.m. and leave on the last day after 11 a.m. anytime.
The complimentary pickup and drop-off service is also available at the bus station. In addition, there's local bus to Begnas Lake. This will take approximately 60 minutes and the cost are 50 INR. Around 15 minutes walk from the bus stop, go over the Begnas valley dam and then the second set of stairs on the hill. Once you reach the top of the stairs, head up to Shivalaya Yoga and Meditation and Retreats Center.
There's also taxi to Begnas Lake. You can request to be dropped off at the bottom of Piple Village. This will take approximately 25 minutes and the cost are around 1,000 INR.
