During this retreat you will stay in a beautiful camping site on the territory of the homestead. Please bring your personal sleeping-bag and tent. You can probably join other participants in their tents so please send Shanti Dom an inquiry in advance if you don't have a tent.



Students who complete their subsequent training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

During this training, you will enjoy daily yoga classes along with wonderful meditation practices. You will experience a full 200-hour course covering all quality accredited knowledge to teach basic yoga classes for yoga students. You will learn from basic asanas, yoga philosophy, and anatomy, to Ayurvedic principles of nutrition and basic concepts of Vedanta philosophy.

You will also experience selfless Karma yoga and a day dedicated to silence. All these activities will be complemented with daily organic meals and plenty of free time to explore the surroundings or relax during your free day on Sunday.

This retreat will be held at Shanti Dom in the Minsk region, Belarus. Belarus is located in Eastern Europe and Shanti Dom is nestled in the Boroviki village in the Volozhin district just 50 kilometers away from Minsk. Shanti Dom is surrounded by forests, hills and fields, there is a beautiful river nearby. The nearest village is 1,5 km far away, so the place is really calm and meditative.

Food is only vegetarian and mostly vegan. We eat together three times a day plus one tea break. All meals will be cooked by Shanti Dom using different vegetables and fruits from their organic garden, as well as some extra products we get from the nearest organic farms or in town (invents is 5 kilometers far away from Shanti Dom). The menu is well-balanced and based on the Yogic sattvic system.

Construction and different building projects

Shanti Dom has a 630-meter house that they would like to reconstruct to create a yoga hall, a kitchen, and a bedroom. A nursery for the garden, and a play field will also be constructed.

Farming and eco-farming

Farming and eco-farming includes planting, watering, picking vegetables, compost making, and everything needed for the organic farm.


Make flowerbeds, garden paths, taking care of the environment, cleaning forests and marshland, and collecting garbage from outside

Humanitarian work

Help lonely old villagers to take care of their gardens, animals, and homes. Also, educational projects are conducted for the villagers to teach them English and give lectures on eco-farming, building, and other useful topics.


Excursions can be organized to the nearest small town with local market and beautiful old churches, Mir and Nyaswizh castles (UNESCO Heritage), and Eco village (15 kilometers from Shanti Dom)
