There are large terraces, one with a pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Banana Point. Seconds from the surf, a short walk to lovely sandy beaches, near to traditional villages, yet ideally tucked away from the hustle and bustle, Santosha Society has found the perfect place to base your Morocco surf and yoga escape. Santosha Society believes that the villa is unquestionably the very best accommodation in the region and the reviews prove it too.
The beautiful wooden rooftop yoga studio offers incredible views out over the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. With wooden floorboards and surrounding glass sliding doors, the shala is an open airy space blessed with the first rays of sunrise and the last magical light of sunset. An inspiring and unforgettable healing space, perfect for yoga and meditation. Kori Hahn will be there to support you both in the mornings with a mindful meditation followed by a gentle Vinyasa flow and in the evenings with a relaxing and healing Yin / Restorative class that is sure to leave you going to bed rejuvenated and relaxed. The focus is to reset your body and mind to a state of peace and zen. All levels are welcome and we will cater to your needs.

This retreat will take place in Taghazout, Morocco. Taghazout is internationally renowned amongst travelers and surfers for its laid back pace, easygoing atmosphere, and world-class waves. Taghazout is a unique gem on Morocco’s Atlantic coast. Conveniently located 40 minutes from Agadir-Al Massira Airport (AGA), it’s a short hop (2 - 3 hours) from most central European cities. It’s the perfect place to get fun waves and a unique cultural experience. National Geographic claims Tagazhout to be one of the “Best Surf Towns in the World.”
The Taghazout region is blessed with a multi-aspect coastline which means on any given day a wide range of waves can be found to suit the whole spectrum of abilities, likewise, there are spots to suit an array of swell, tide, and wind variations. Local guides will be available to tell you where will be best on the day.
For centuries, Morocco has inspired travelers with its colors, history, and a cultural combination of Arab, European, and African influence. From the city’s bustling medinas to the uncrowded long, golden beaches along the coast. Morocco packs a remarkable variety of adventure, culture, and relaxation into its corner of Northern Africa. Kasbahs and mosques offer a glimpse of a more mystical time, while hip cafés, and high-design roads reflect Moroccans’ modern, cosmopolitan side. It is no wonder why this country is on the Lonely Planet’s “Best Travel in 2015” and Travel + Leisure’s “Best Places to Travel” list.
Morocco has a coastline with countless waves to froth on. These are the waves that have made Morocco famous, known for world class surf and leg achingly long rides. Whether you are looking for reeling point breaks, endless mellow longboard walls, or the perfect wave to learn on, Morocco has it all. National Geographic describes the area as “a surfing oasis in the middle of a long, rugged coastline that is inundated with waves.”
