You will be staying at Villa Giuncheto in Tuscany, Italy. Villa Giuncheto is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by a lush park of trees, plants, and flowers. All the windows of the rooms overlook the beautiful view surrounding the villa, countryside, and city of Siena on the backdrop.
With family or with a group of friends, there is still the possibility of finding private spaces in order to set aside moments of relaxation and privacy, in addition to broad areas where we can meet to share dinners prepared in the large, cozy kitchen, with typical products of this wonderful corner of Tuscany, to play football or tennis, to dive and swim in the beautiful swimming pool, or even for a barbecue in the evening, at the pool.
During this retreat, you will have a Tuscan olive oil and honey tasting and a guided visit to the Romanesque church of Pieve di Corsano.

Cristina Felici has been pursuing her growth path in the yoga practice since 2005. Her experience includes Anusara yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and MogaDao yoga. In 2016, after moving to Cambridge, she obtained a yoga teacher diploma, Yoga Alliance Registered RYT 200, that allows her to offer yoga lessons both in English and Italian. Her yoga, Hatha yoga, offers lessons that follow fluid rhythms and Vinyasa sequences but also static sessions where great attention is given to the alignment of the asanas.

Marina began attending Hatha yoga classes in 1993 in Italy. Once in Cambridge, she was introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa in 2009. She developed a regular personal practice and deepened her knowledge. Deeply convinced of the benefits that yoga brings to the body and mind, she wanted to share her love for the ancient discipline as a teacher and gained the Camyoga teaching diploma in 2015/2016 (Yoga Alliance RYT 200). Her classes follow the rhythm of the body, creating a practice that is deep and dynamic, where movement unites with breath, like an interconnecting thread between the mind and body.
Siena, located in the heart of Tuscany, is one of the most visited Italian cities and most famous in the world, Unesco World Heritage Site since 1995. Lies in the hills bordered by the rivers Arbia and Elsa, in the geographical area marked by the hills of Chianti and the Val di Chiana. Famous for the Duomo and the Piazza del Campo each year hosts the famous Palio, which drew the attention of tourists from around the world.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the price. Vegetarian and vegan meals will be served upon request.
