Rising in Yoga offers the retreat as a home stay when you do not have any weekly or fourth nightly retreats running. Rising in Yoga is the ideal place to relax, meditate, practice yoga and listen to the stillness of your inner self.

If you would like to come earlier or stay longer than the retreat itself, this is possible for Rising in Yoga to arrange a nice beautiful room very close to the retreat facilities or if they have space at the retreat centre at this time, then it is very possible to stay beforehand.

Rising in Yoga India Yoga Retreat Program

The singles and couples’ wellness, meditation and breath work retreat are based on yogic Panchakosa system or the five layers of consciousness. The program is specially designed to introduce newcomers to meditation, yoga and spirituality. Those who already have started their journey with yoga and meditation will widen their experience through the deep knowledge and experience also.

There is no age limit whether you are young, middle age, or elderly people so all are welcome to join this retreat. Rising in Yoga welcomes you to be a part of this life enhancing experiences through meditation, yoga, spirituality, vegetarian meals, walks in the lushest Himalayan forests surrounded by waterfalls and charming views of the surrounding mountains.

The retreat is based on yogic Panchakosa system or the five layers of consciousness, Rising in Yoga promises to bring you back to your natural health, vitality, balance, and joy. The work is to move beyond individual neurosis and emotional pain accumulated and deposited in the physical and subtle bodies due to past trauma and stressful modern-living which are the cause of many psychosomatic illnesses.

This will be done through an intense process of deep cleansing on the inside (energetic, mental, and emotional bodies) and outside (physical body) which in turn awakens the body’s own healing ability leading to an experience of Ananda (Bliss), the original state of being.


  • Therapeutic yoga and Flow yoga daily (first chakra basic root center) which includes yoga therapy for back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, diabetes, obesity, anxiety, stress, heart disease, hypertension, depression, past trauma, grieving and much more psychosomatic disease for seven days.
  • Hara massage for stomach (1/2 times)
  • Ayurvedic massage / Therapeutic massage (1/2 times)

Dhyan Saurabh took to the path of yoga 15 years ago and used it to heal himself from recurrent health issues. Subsequently, he deepened his yoga practice and learned many different healing arts, including meditative inquiry, and now is a spiritual seeker dedicated to the journey to self. He has a pure heart with a childlike innocence that creates a safe space to rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul. His retreats and treatments will transport you into a deep state of silence, self-love, and awakening.
Prem Anand Shakti
Prem Anand Shakti is a unique spiritual and holistic healer from Ireland, now living in the Himalayas. She is highly dedicated to her work of consciousness and spiritual development. She is also a certified bio-dynamic rebalancing massage therapist, Neo Reiki healer, and a yoga teacher. Her key aim to her practices is to fully devote her energy and gifts to her clients so that each person that leaves her space is fully satisfied and feeling light with a sense of calmness and completeness.

This retreat will take place in Village-Haripur, Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India. The retreat will be situated right in the middle of the Himalayas very close to the hottest spot in Manali. It is surrounded by the stunning huge Deodar trees with lush green nature that will literally take your breath away.

During this retreat, you will be provided with three healthy organic Sattvic vegetarian food. The beautiful kitchen will only serve the finest pure vegetarian food made only with love. At the Rising in Yoga Luxury Retreat center, the saying "you are what you eat" is strongly believed in so a clean diet with lots of Prana will be an essential part of the program.

Arrival by airplane

The nearest airport is at Bhuntar located approximately 30 kilometers away from Rising in Yoga Luxury Retreat. Domestic flights connect Bhuntar with Delhi and Chandigarh. Once at the airport, you can take a pre-paid taxi to Naggar in Manali. However, owing to weather conditions, flights are not the most reliable option for getting to or out of Manali.

Arrival by train

Major railway station near to Manali on Indian Railway Broad Gauge network is Una in Himachal Pradesh. A Narrow-gauge line also runs between Pathankot to Joginder Nagar. However, the best way to reach Manali by train is to leave the train at Chandigarh Railway Station and catch a bus from there.

Arrival by bus

Manali is very well-connected to important tourist destinations like Leh, Shimla, Kullu, Dharamshala, and New Delhi by means of a network of state-run as well as private buses. The bus journey from Delhi to Manali is 550 kilometers and it is advisable to book your tickets in the air-conditioned Volvo coaches as the buses will be more comfortable than ordinary ones, keeping in mind the long distance of the journey. The minimum time a bus takes to reach Manali from New Delhi is 12 hours 30 minutes. The cheapest way to reach Manali is from New Delhi.
