This course is tailor made for advance teachers who want to progress their spiritual journey from physical level to prana level and further. This retreat is created to deepen the understanding of yoga techniques such as mudras or energy gestures, bandhas called as energy locks, prana techniques called as energization, an advanced meditation called as the silencing techniques, Trataka called as the concentration technique, and Nada yoga called as the vibration techniques.

You are allowed to join this retreat after a minimum of 200-hour yoga teacher training (TTC). As these practices will transform you from physical understanding of yoga to subtle understanding, there will be also well-being sessions within a short time. This seven days program will help you to grow in a spiritual path. Yoga, as a tool of realization, can be better understood with this retreat.

There are plenty of opportunities for the professional growth of yoga so you can add this seven days yoga retreat knowledge to your skills. This retreat program will not only help you in job satisfaction, but it also going to help you in the spiritual and social growth.

In this retreat, you will learn the compilation of such all advanced techniques as mind-body medicine. The technicality of modern understanding of the course can also be termed as the Mind Body Medicine (MBM). Mind Body Medicine (MBM) techniques

Mind Body Medicine is an advanced yoga retreat program and a well-known concept of understanding in different modern and alternate medicines from their root cause. Yoga, as an ancient science, also has been described as mind body medicine.


The aim of this retreat is to understand the different techniques of yoga.


To learn and understand the concepts of each technique in the Mind Body Medicine (MBM).

Teaching methodology

The subjects like anatomy, physiology, philosophy, techniques of Mind Body Medicine, and practical subjects like yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, dynamic frame practices and essence will be discussed in basic and advanced form.


With this course, you can move from gross level to subtle levels. The existence of life and the purpose of it can be analyzed and can be moved further with full of spirituality. This course facilitates you to evolve from gross level to pranic level while still contains the theory and the practical sessions of related techniques.


You have to complete 200, 300, or 500-hour yoga teacher training course before joining this retreat.


The retreat's duration is 12 hours theory classes, 30 hours practices, and an outing on the last day of the retreat.

As an expert in physiotherapist and yoga therapy from 2004, Amaravathi got skills to integrate the modern and traditional methods of treatments. She got teaching experience in different subjects of for Ph.D. yoga, MD yoga, MSc yoga, and diploma courses. She is experienced in the integration of physiotherapy and yoga therapy treatments. After seeing miracles with integration, she entered into yoga alliance with 500-hour teacher training course from Rishikesh Yog Peeth and slowly found the relation of modern concepts and philosophy.
Himanshu Bahuguna
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 (Yoga)
Himanshu is a new generation yoga teacher with all advance knowledge in yoga teacher training. He is a certified yoga teacher with 500-hour YTTC as per Yoga Alliance (November 2015). He is an expert in asana and asana adjustments of two yoga styles like Hatha and Ashtanga primary series. Mr. Himanshu pays individualized attention which can take the students from basic level to advance level in four weeks gently. He will assist the students in the progression of yoga asana, breathing, meditation, and scheduling yoga class.
Govind is a certified yoga teacher from Yoga Alliance from Rishikesh Yog Peeth, a starting stone of yoga schools in Rishikesh. From that named school, he earned three years of experience till now. Here onwards, he is going to spread his knowledge and experience with Rishikesh Yog Sansthan. He is excellent in making an enthusiastic environment in the class with extreme attention towards each student. He can mold the student’s ability and the show the difference in four weeks of teacher training.

This retreat will be situated in Swargashram, Rishikesh, India, on the beach of River Ganga. The retreat venue is located in the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India. It is the 'gateway' to the Garhwal Himalayas. It is known as the pilgrimage town and regarded as one of the holiest places to Hindus. Hindu sages and saints have visited Rishikesh since ancient times to meditate in a search of higher knowledge.
