During the course, you will be staying in a clean room in Rishikesh Yog Nirvana Yoga School. The school has a yoga studio, dining area, chill-out zones, a beautiful rooftop, and free Wi-Fi. Ashtanga yoga Intermediate series

In Sanskrit, 'Ashta + anga' is Ashtanga. 'Ashta' means 'eight' and 'Anga' is 'limbs' so it means 'eight limbs' path. You will do yoga poses in a constant flow and at your own pace. The flow of the poses is more challenging and difficult as compared to regular yoga practice.

You can come to Rishikesh by flight. Book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), from where you can take a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport (DED).

From the Delhi airport, you can get a taxi to bring you to the Delhi ISBT bus station. From there you can find many government and private transportation to bring you to Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh.

Arrival by train

The nearest railway station is the Haridwar Railway station. From there, you will find many buses, taxis, and other transportation services that will bring you to Laxman Jhula.
