During the retreat, you can choose to stay in one of these accommodations.
This is the perfect choice when booking together with a friend or spouse. Each villa has a generous 60-square-meter floor space with a king size double bed positioned to capture the view. There is a sitting area with a daybed that can be used as a second bed if you are booking with a friend and do not want to share the king bed.
Two adjacent villas are sharing a four-meter plunge pool and private garden. Both villas could be booked for a family or group of four friends. The total floor area including pool deck and balconies is 140 square meters.
For the ultimate luxury and privacy, the option to have a spacious villa is all to yourself. Each villa has a generous 60 to 72-square-meter floor space with a king size double bed positioned to capture the view. There is a sitting area with a day bed and a private south facing balcony with lake views. The ensuite bathrooms feature a shower, WC, and single vanity. One of the villas has a private plunge pool and will be given to the first person signing up.
Situated in the center of the property, Tri’s tower suites are tastefully designed and cleverly integrated into the tower’s round layout. Each bedroom is approximately 25 square meters with one king size double bed. There is a built in desk and sofa seat and the views are towards sunrise and sunset. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, WC, and single vanity. The third floor of the tower has a viewing terrace with stunning views from east to west.
This 140-square-meter one-bedroom villa with two private balconies stands apart from the rest. A luxurious retreat home with unique views of the lake, the Tri villa features a large deck and private four-meter plunge pool. The large ensuite bathroom features a freestanding tub as well as the usual amenities. The separate living room has the day bed facing the first balcony with the king size double bed having an uninterrupted view of the second vista enhanced by the soaring ceiling. There is an indulgent space that is most suitable for a couple.
The retreat will start at 5:00 p.m. with a welcome get-together before dinner. During the retreat, you will practice yoga, meditation, and Pilates every day and join one-on-one assessment or private session with Mareile or Heather. You will also take part in two-hour Pilates workshop tailored to the retreat group and two-hour yoga workshop. The excursion to Galle Fort and the Old Town with time for shopping and dinner and the dhoni boat excursion on Koggala Lake to Cinnamon Island will help you relax totally after sessions.
In your free time, you will dive deep into one-hour massage to release all stresses and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings. A special good-bye dinner will be offered before you go back home. Two senior teachers, Mareile Paley and Heather Thomas Shalabi, will guide you through a blissful week of practice, rest and relaxation, and new experiences. Beginners, of course, are always welcome.
In this retreat, you will visit Galle Fort and the Old Town as well as take a dhoni boat trip on Koggala Lake to Cinnamon Island.

Heather Thomas Shalabi
Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Hatha Yoga)
Heather has first studied ballet as a young girl for ten years, intensively practiced yoga throughout her twenties in New York city, and finally, added Pilates to her life in 2001 when she moved to Hong Kong. Her passion for both yoga and Pilates and recognition of their mind-body benefits led her to embark on intensive training, completing her full studio certification through Polestar in 2003, and later certifying as a 200-hour RYT in classical Hatha yoga. Over the past four years, Heather has embarked on the study of traditional Pilates. She also leads workshops annually around Asia.
