Day 1
Namaste and welcome to the peaceful and beautiful island of Malta. Transfer to the north of Malta and from there to Gozo by ferry. You will be served a farm to table welcome dinner at the hotel.
Day 2
After breakfast, set out to explore Gozo with food tastings on the way. You will have lunch at Tatitas. Explore Gozo in the afternoon and visit the Ayurvedic spa at the Kempenski.
Day 3
After a morning yoga session and breakfast, you will head to the studio of a local artist, Hermine Sammut and her school, Connect 2 Gozo. Depicting the sustainable art of Malta, the artist uses local flowers from her fields to create paintings, provides learning experiences with her jewelry making and ceramics, and creating pieces of original art that students take home.
In the afternoon, you will spend time at the hotel spa. Spa treatments, cooking, and yoga courses will be held at the hotel.
Day 4
Enjoy a morning yoga class before transferring to visit with Victor, an animal whisperer, and founder of Dreams of Horses Farm. Victor’s intuitive gift with rescued animals will teach you the methods animals use to communicate. With his guiding compassion and respect, the animals are integrated in large open air areas displaying tolerance for one another and exhibit a loving, therapeutic kindness in their work with people with special needs, and the emotionally challenged.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy a boat tour around Comino. After that, you will transfer to Mdina and check in at The Corinthia Palace and enjoy a farm to table dinner designed by renown Chef Steven Hogan.
Day 5
After an early yoga session, enjoy breakfast, followed by a Valletta walking tour in the morning. You will enjoy a visit to the shop of local designers, Charles and Ron, where you will learn about the vibrant international fashion scene. Visit St. John Cathedral Stop at Casa Rocca Piccola and enjoy Prosecco at their lovely courtyard.
You will have lunch at the City Lounge, the trendy place with the view to Grandmaster Palace. Take a walk to Upper Baracca Gardens, visit Villa Bologna, and its gardens in the afternoon. You will have afternoon tea inside the Villa.
Day 6
After breakfast, you will depart for Diar Il Bniet in Dingle. The farm-to-table restaurant is owned by Dorianne, a young entrepreneur whose focus is "taste meets tradition," and where the traditional lunch uses products from her farm. Food as it should be, is pure and fresh. Yoga and healthy cooking will be done at a farmhouse.
You will visit Hagar Qim Temple in the afternoon where you will feel the energy with meditation near the temples. You will have a farewell dinner at the Corinthia Palace.
Day 7
Depart from beautiful Malta with a new knowledge of the island and wellness practices to incorporate into your life.
