You will spend two nights in a shared twin room at a retreat center during (pre-trek) and two nights at tourist standard hotel in Kathmandu (post-trek). You will also spend another two nights in Pokhara during pre- / post-trek. Meanwhile, the accommodation during the trek will be at guest houses, sharing with other fellow trekkers.
A yoga focused trek to the Annapurna base camp will enrich both your body and soul and is recommended for you who want to explore the spiritual heart of Nepal, as well as enjoy its most beautiful and fascinating scenery. This retreat will also allow you to explore all of the extremes in the Annapurna region whilst learning more about the rich Nepalese culture and experiencing the exhilaration of trekking in one of the best and most famous mountain ranges in the world.
The trekking trail you will walk not only passes through traditional Nepalese villages, but you will also come face to face with the country’s native wildlife, such as the blue sheep, black-faced langur monkeys, and rhesus monkeys, before arriving at snow-capped mountains.
Upon your arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), you will be met by your local agent and transferred to hotel. Overnight at hotel Kathmandu Suite Home or nearby hotel of similar standard.
In the morning after breakfast a short drive to one of Retreats Center in Kathmandu. Join Full day Yoga class. Overnight at Retreat Center (breakfast, lunch and dinner included).

After breakfast, you will drive to Pokhara (200 km on private car enjoying the landscapes and Himalaya views. Overnight at hotel Kantipur or nearby hotel of similar standard (breakfast and lunch included).
After breakfast you will drive about 30 minutes to Dhampus Phedi and start your 1st day trek with steep uphill to Dhampus village (1650m) passing some farmhouses and rice terraces. After Dhampus village you will trek through meadows to reach to Pothana (1890m) a small village and then you will reach to Deurali (2100m), on the ridge.
From here you will descend to Bhaise Kharka and then finally to Tolkha village through rhododendron forest. Overnight at lodge / guest house (breakfast, lunch and dinner included).
This morning you will descend to Landruk village (1565m); a beautiful Gurung village. You will also enjoy the parallel view of Ghandruk village on the other side of the valley.
The trail further descends to Modi Khola and you will reach at New Bridge (1340m) after crossing the suspension bridge over the river. From here you will ascend to Jhinu Danda (1780m) and Chhomorung. Overnight at lodge / guest house (breakfast, lunch and dinner included).
Today the trail drops down to the Chhomrong Khola and again you will continue climbing to Khuldighar at 2380m, and continuous walking to Dovan. Overnight at lodge / guest house (breakfast, lunch and dinner included).
The day begins with the climb through bamboo, then rhododendron forest Himalayan Hotel and on to Hinko at 3020m. The accommodation will be in Deurali, on the ridge above Hinko. Overnight at lodge / guest house (breakfast, lunch and dinner included).
This morning you will hike up to the open valley crossing the Machapurchhre Base Camp (3700m); and as the valley is entirely surrounded by the mountains, the area is known as the Annapurna Sanctuary. When you reach to the Annapurna Base Camp (4130m), the scenery is even more spectacular. Overnight at lodge / guest house, inclusive of all meals.
In the morning you will enjoy the spectacular view of the Annapurna Himalaya range and after breakfast, you will trek back to Dovan. Overnight at lodge / guest house, inclusive of all meals.
After a multi-day trek you are more tired; so get relaxed taking the natural hot spring in the bank of Modi River. Overnight at lodge / guest house (breakfast, lunch and dinner included).
After breakfast, enjoy a 3 hour easy down hill walk to Birethanti and Nayapul where the road links to Pokhara. It is simply a 45 minute drive to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel Kantipur or nearby hotel of similar standard, inclusive of breakfast.
To experience traveling on bus, you will travel on tourist bus (36 seats) enjoying the landscapes while driving. Overnight at Kathmandu Suite Home or nearby hotel of similar standard (breakfast and lunch included).
After breakfast you will be transferred to Airport for your flight back home.

Sudan is popularly known young yoga instructor in Kathmandu, Nepal. He has scored second position in South Asian Yoga Sports Championship 2017.
This trekking and yoga retreat will take place in Kathmandu and the Annapurna region. The Annapurna region, situated in Western Nepal, is a region of extremes in which the driest, wettest, and windiest places in the country can all be found there.
You will enjoy vegetarian meals at the retreat center and also breakfasts at the accommodations in Kathmandu and Pokhara. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the trek will be catered as well.
