Mel is a passionate practitioner and yoga nerds and has studied many different types of yoga including Ashtanga, Yin, Bikram, and Scaravelli. She always adapts postures and sequences to serve the group.
This retreat welcomes anyone regardless of their experience, age, body type, and others. The focus is not on achieving perfect postures but on being more comfortable in your skin and feeling more connected with yourself, other people, and the natural world.
Please note that this is a loose plan. Every group is different and Mel tailors all retreats according to the needs of the group.
The yoga retreat will take place at Casa Colina, a beautiful award-winning rural bed and breakfast in the heart of the stunning Andalusian hills, Spain.
During the retreat, you will have daily delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner which will be served on a big terrace with awesome views. The location has exceptional all-around local produce such as olive, lemon, orange, almond, fig, avocado, and mango trees.
Paul is a great cook (his home-made lemon curd is a must) and Niki is a whizz with puddings, cakes, and cocktails. A range of cocktails and local wines will be available at dinner.
