The accommodations will be at West Lexham Manor where you can enjoy the marriage of rustic charm with modern luxury. Each en-suite double or triple bedroom is made of wood, stone, and clay and uniquely decorated; it also features under-floor heating and a walk-in shower, while some of the rooms also include a bath.

In 2016, Jennifer Cortis was awarded the membership level of Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) with Yoga Alliance professionals. This allows her to share her experience through Yoga Alliance CPD workshops in Malta for the continuing professional development of yoga teachers, advanced yoga practitioners, and health professionals. Jenny has explored several different yoga traditions and teaches a style of yoga that is based on Prana Vinyasa, which uses movement and breath to awaken consciousness.


This retreat will be held in Norwich, Norfolkm, United Kingdom. Norwich is a haven of tranquility consisting of rolling hills, lush valleys, and castle ruins scattered across the countryside. This wonderful location is ideal to indulge in both inner and outer exploration.
