West Lexham Barn was built in 1805 and has been beautifully converted with all its original character, space, light, and rustic charm. The living spaces are filled with handmade furnishings and traditional log burners, creating a rustic, homely ambiance. The dining room has large windows, offering picturesque views of the beautiful garden. They have a conservatory and an outside dining table amongst the herbs and butterflies for al fresco dining on balmy summer evenings.
The luxury ensuite bedrooms are nestled in a courtyard around the barn, combining rustic charm with contemporary innovations. Reclaimed wood and original farm doors have been used along side the original timber beams to add splashes of color and authenticity to the rooms.
Each bedroom has original artworks and handmade curtains and cushions. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms have under-floor heating and super comfortable mattresses with high quality cotton linen.

These soulful practices create a sense of connection, openness and vibrancy, leaving you feeling lovingly energised, uplifted and alive. In the afternoons, we will surrender to a more restorative, yin practice, allowing your being to rest, renew and rejuvenate. You may also choose to indulge in a relaxing, luxurious massage in your free time.

Originally a fishing village, Cromer was "discovered" in the 18th century and by the 1890's, it was a fashionable resort town. It has attractions spanning the centuries from a mediaeval church to a Victorian pier and onwards.

This path runs only a mile or so from West Lexham, a 46-mile national trail from near Thetford to Holme-Next-the-Sea on the North Norfolk coast. The way follows an old Roman road that may have been built along an even older trackway. It connects with the North Norfolk coast path and is easy walking.

The nearest train station is Downham Market. Trains run from London Kings Cross to Downham Market every hour and every half hour at certain peak times. Journey times are approximately one hour and 25 minutes. Network Railcards give you a third off fares. If you are taking more than one train journey in the South of England or are traveling in a group, it is well worth investigating it.
