Join Jayne Becca Yoga for a short break in the beautiful Devon countryside. This yoga journey will wake you up from the inside out, nourish your body and mind. You will be using the practice to create space, release that which is no longer serving you, and calm your body and mind. It is the perfect well-being escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This beautiful house of East Down has a thatched roof and wooden beams which give a cozy, warm, and homely feel as soon as you step through the door. It can accommodate up to twelve people in a variety of rooms. You will share all meals and raw food workshops together in the house, as well as be able to eat outside on the huge lawn when the weather is sunny.
You will practice together in a lovely converted barn throughout the weekend which has the most breathtaking views! The retreat center is the perfect place to ground and get back to nature with plenty of walks close by or simply just to sit and take in the views.
Yoga classes will be taught by Jayne Squires. They will take place in the barn overlooking the fields and outside if the weather is sunny. The classes will include meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), and dynamic Vinyasa Flow, Strala yoga, breaking down challenging poses, yoga Nidra, and Restorative yoga. Suitable for all levels, the practice will be tailored to your requirements.
During this retreat, there is also a very special raw food demo and workshop from chef Tracy Sadler. The theme of the workshop is all about spring cleaning your diet where you will be creating easy, delicious snacks, and salads including sweet and savory. This yoga weekend will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, empowered, and ready to head into spring feeling totally revived.
Each morning, you will practice Strala energize yoga flow, a moving flow that invigorates your body and mind while resting attention calmly on your breath. You’ll feel awake, energized, and super creative!
In the afternoon, you will have Strala strong yoga flow class. This is a strong class with playful sequencing, fuelled by breath and great music. It’s all about arm balances, learning, and playing.
With an emphasis on safety and alignment, you can play, laugh, and have fun with the asanas. This is a moving flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body. Calm ease is carried through simple and challenging movements alike. You get happy and healthy from the inside out.
This retreat will be held at the beautiful East Down Center on the edge of Dartmoor, Devon, in UK. It has been in existence for hundreds of years and the history of the location is positively tangible. The buildings have recently been upgraded to provide comfortable accommodation and training facilities.

Organic, healthy, raw food meals will be served, including a three-course feast on Friday evening. If you have any additional dietary requirements, please let Jayne Becca Yoga know and they will be happy to accommodate.
On your leisure time, you're free to do anything from walking on the beautiful grounds and surrounding areas to lounging, reading your favorite book, or simply snoozing. Whatever you want to do, you can do it.
Jayne Becca Yoga is excited to be offering Angelic Reiki as part of this spring retreat. You can book your session exclusively with Tracy. Please be sure to book quickly as there are only a limited number of sessions available. The cost of the treatment is 60 GBP per person for one hour session.
