The heartSPACE program offers a foundation for you to begin to master your life. heartSPACE is a practical program with tools to take home, practice, and apply to your life. During a heartSPACE program, you will learn how to discern the language of your heart, practice mindfulness, release and let go of that which no longer serves you, and learn how to listen to your heart.
Open yourself up to a balanced yoga asana practice. For experienced practitioners, this is an opportunity to be inspired again and to deepen your practice. Tanya will teach yoga asana with an emphasis on alignment, a balance of core strengthening, and a focus on the fascia, ligaments, and joints. Yoga asana classes are suitable for all levels. If you have never practiced yoga before, you will want to keep it up after this retreat.
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Yoga)
As a yoga practitioner since 2000, Tanya received her yoga teacher training 200-hour certification with Distinction in Raja Yoga in 2008 and her E-RYT® certification in 2014. Specific styles of yoga asana that Tanya has practiced include Astanga, Baptiste, Bikram, Hatha, Iyengar, Sivananda, and Yin yoga. Her preferred teaching incorporates a balance between Hatha and Yin yoga. Daily meditation since 2006 has been key to her life. She also has attended numerous retreats in the UK, India, and South Africa.
This retreat will take place at Pearl Moon Self Catering Suites in Western Cape, South Africa. Just a few minutes away from the charming Garden Route village of wilderness and its array of quaint restaurants, the place overlooks the serene waters of the Touws River and is only a stone’s throw from the wilderness’ endless white beach.
During this holiday, you will be served one dinner on Friday; one vegan or vegetarian breakfast, and lunch on Saturday; and a breakfast on Sunday.
Please book your flight to arrive at George Airport (GRJ). From the airport, you may rent a car and drive to the retreat's venue.
