Unterkunft

Nestled away from the rest of the world, and intentionally designed without cell service, Cozy Cabins Nature Resort provides a complete digital detox and a sanctuary to reconnect to your wild woman roots.

During the retreat, you will be accommodated in a cozy cabin. All cabins in Cozy Cabins Nature Resort are nestled around a small, private mountain lake. All feature electricity, modern kitchens, bathrooms, and amenities for your comfort. There are four single beds in each cabin in a shared loft area. Please note that you are required to bring your own bedding.

Carly Barron
Carly was born near the sea, and grew up happy, wild, and free in the prairies. She currently resides in the beautiful valley of the Okanagan, in Kelowna, British Columbia. It was here that she completed both her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education. It was also here that she fell in love with yoga and more importantly, with herself. For Carly, yoga has been a constant journey of self-discovery. She has found self-love, awareness, and the power to live her life in a way that serves her.

Verpflegung

You will be provided with eight gluten-free vegetarian meals prepared by Cayla Joss RHN and made from local, organic produce in the Okanagan Valley. Cayla believes in eating food that is wholesome and nourishing for both the body and the soul. She also supports eating according to the changing seasons, keeping with the cycles of nature. With this retreat occurring during the autumn equinox, Carly knew that Cayla's talent and expertise would be the perfect addition to the retreat experience.
