Aerial yoga
Aerial yoga is for all ages and all abilities. It allows you to explore, refine, and advance traditional asana both in the air and on the ground. Using a soft, fabric aerial hammock suspended from the ceiling, you will explore new and traditional yoga postures with your body weight partially or fully supported. This allows you to expand flexibility, increase the range of motion, build strength, lengthen the spine, and relax the nervous system.
Never more than a few feet off the ground, you will let go into gravity and be held in the hammock. This is a time to be playful and challenge yourself!
Aerial Yin
Yin yoga is a restorative practice where you will hold each pose for three to five minutes. The yoga swing will be suspended close to the ground to support you as you move slowly through the postures. This is a time to realign the body, center the mind, and re-connect with your breath.
Floating meditation
Cocooned in silk, gently floating above the earth, relax into a guided meditation.
SUP
Moving at half the speed as you would on land, standing on a paddleboard gives a unique perspective of the horizon as you gently progress through the asanas. SUP yoga is a practice of integrity - your core must be engaged and your focus true as your breath leads you through the movement.
Cat yoga
From time to time, at the discretion of the boys, Cat yoga will be offered free of charge.

- 18:30 Free time for journaling and contemplation
Day 2
- 07:00 Aerial or SUP variation of sun salutation, pranayama, and meditation
- 09:00 Breakfast
- 10:30 One hour deep tissue massage
- 12:30 Lunch
- 13:00 Communing with nature, contemplation
- 15:00 Aerial yoga
- 16:30 Floating meditation
- 18:00 Dinner
- 18:30 Free time for journaling and contemplation
Day 3
- 07:00 Sunrise yoga, pranayama, and meditation
- 08:30 Energy healing
- 09:00 Breakfast
- 09:45 Optional tarot card reading
