Join this yoga teacher training with Helen Cloots to learn all about yoga from history and philosophy, anatomy and alignment, to healing and therapy. You'll get two days off per week to explore Oregon, hike, bike, paddleboard, and more. Suitable for those who want to teach or anyone who wants to better understand this ancient practice and spend a few weeks in paradise, this training follows Yoga Alliance requirements.
You will stay in either private or shared residence room at the beautiful OSU Cascades Campus, which is across the street from the yoga studio.

Besides yoga, you will also do some meditation. There usually are three days of scheduled activities and then one day off to do whatever you would like. All in all, you will get two days off per week to explore beautiful Oregon.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included on all training days. Students are responsible for their own meals on days off.
There is so much to do in your free time, including hiking, biking, paddleboarding, canoeing, surfing, paddle yoga, camping, rock climbing, visiting local breweries, and shopping.
