You are going to discover the surroundings of Paros stunning environment through sunset beach walks and sunrise meditations, kayak excursions, and a visit to the wild and tiny neighbor island of Antiparos during the retreat.

The Eco Yoga Retreat Ela Mare chose for this retreat is located at Filizi beach, an area of exceptional natural beauty, with sand dunes, aged cedar forests, “secret” coves with a sandy beach and clear waters, next to the long sandy beach of Santa Maria. When the retreat center started dealing with ecological constructions, he carefully designed the "back" building with materials friendly to the environment, making sure that all modern amenities are offered and at the same time, the place is kept natural and quiet.

The ideal retreat needs ideal food! In this retreat, Ela Mare will be serving nourishing and healthy meals in a beautiful atmosphere with lovely sea views. Shaped as a caretta turtle, the restaurant is located right across the resort’s main building. Suresh, the Indian chef will be cooking healthy fusion Mediterranean Indian cuisine using organic ingredients, the majority of which are picked fresh daily from the organic garden.

The menu includes a rich breakfast, salads, cold plates, smoothies with superfoods, raw vegetarian, and vegan sweet delights, herbal teas, and more. At the restaurant, you can also buy organic honey and Tacchini, homegrown organic olive oil and olives and various Greek herbs. This is the communal space of the eco-retreat center, where you can relax, meet up with your group, listen to lounge music, read a book, and enjoy the tranquil ambiance of the center.
