Dies ist einer der beliebtesten yoga retreats in Kambodscha.
Join Blue Indigo Yoga Retreat School, a mindfulness center located on the banks of the Mekong. Reconnect with yourself in a peaceful and inspiring setting. Their experienced teachers will guide you through buddhist meditation, yoga, and Qi gong classes suitable for all levels. Enjoy the natural beauty of their location and let yourself be carried away by the serenity of the Mekong.
You will be accommodated at Blue Indigo Yoga School, nestled in a tranquil area surrounded by a centenary tree and flowers.
You’ll have the choice of staying in a dorm, shared twin cottage, or private cottage. With seven rooms, each with a size of 40 square meters, the rooms are equipped with a big ceiling fan to keep the atmosphere cool, a private bathroom with shower, and a mosquito net.
None of the rooms have air conditioning. This place is really simple, accentuated with wood furniture to give you that homey, rustic feel. There is also a same-gender shared dormitory.
At the center of the property, there is a 100-square-meter ventilated yoga shala for Theravada meditation.
At Blue Indigo's beautiful shala, you can read up on yoga breathing techniques and sequences to practice pranayama, the ideal complement to Buddhist meditation, as well different exercises of yoga.
You will share their beautiful land with the cats who live there. If you’re a cat lover, you’re in luck, as most of them are always up for a hug. If you are less fond of cats, don’t worry. If you don’t open your door for them, they’ll leave you alone.
