Zeit zum Auschecken:

You will be camping at Tuolumne Meadows Campground. Guests are welcome to bring their own tents if they prefer this option. You should bring your own sleeping bag rated to zero degrees Fahrenheit. A pad to insulate you from the ground will help you sleep warm and comfortably.

Tentative itinerary

You will gather at Tuolumne Meadows campground in the high country of Yosemite National Park at 3 p.m. for introductions, intention setting, and an orientation to the course. In the afternoon, you will step into yoga practice and get acquainted with each other and the wild beauty of Yosemite. There will be an introduction to Ayurveda followed by a cooking demonstration, dinner, and campfire.

You will greet the day with morning meditation and yoga practice. After a nourishing breakfast, you will pack your daypacks and head out into Tuolumne Meadows. Here, among the granite domes and wildflowers, you will explore your yoga practice on and off the yoga mat and enjoy a nice day-hike.

In addition to the hiking and yoga practice, there will be also time for dips into the cool waters of the Tuolumne River, conversations with other participants, and enjoying the views of the High Sierra. There will be informative Ayurveda sessions in the afternoon. In the evening, you will enjoy a delicious dinner and a campfire.

After your morning yoga session and breakfast, you will pack up the camp and enjoy final closing activities and a short walk. The campsite must be vacated by 11 a.m. and then the formal programming will conclude at 2 p.m.
