Rachel Blunt welcomes you on the incredible journey to India. Having lived in Goa, Rachel will be your guide for this luxury 10-night retreat. Join for a playful flow yoga where Rachel's warm and attentive teaching will take you much deeper into your practice. Included in this special week is one ninety-minute full body massage - the perfect way to wind down and relax into your holiday.
Luxury accommodation in one of Goa's finest villas and delicious cuisine prepared by the incredible villa chefs are some of the highlights including an evening in with a Michelin star chef. Also, this luxury yoga retreat itinerary includes Vinyasa (flowing asana sequences), hands-on adjustments, pranayama, restorative classes, and deep relaxation. All morning classes will be followed by brunch at 9:30 a.m. Evening meals will be served at 7 p.m.
Rachel will also take you on guided excursions, to the beautiful ancient Banyan Tree temple for a day you will never forget. You will also be taken for a day out to visit the Portuguese colonial mansions to see what Goa was like at the height of its opulence. During this time, you will have the opportunity to visit a local spice market and enjoy some of Goa's most beautiful beaches.
Rachel is dedicated, passionate, and incredibly intuitive. Her classes can be flowing and challenging or can also integrate restorative techniques to allow you to let go and drift into deep relaxation, giving your body and mind time to reconnect and restore.
There will also be beauty and well-being treatments and classes available that include Ayurveda and yoga, along with relaxation and alternative and complementary healing therapies. All in all, this retreat is a perfect opportunity to experience India, an all-round experience for body, mind, and soul.
