Yogi Alpesh Patwari is the founder and main teacher of Alpesh Yoga School. Alpesh Patwari started practicing yoga 22 years ago to aid his own problems. He was struck with epilepsy at the age of 12 and, despite Western medicine, had to cope with depression, trembling, loss of appetite, loss of memory, and low self-esteem. His mother introduced him to the world of Bhaki yoga (worship), Karma yoga (helping people), and Gyana yoga (knowledge).
This retreat will take place at the Alpesh Yoga & Breathing Dharamsala Center.
Three daily vegetarian meals shall be provided within campus from Monday to Friday. During Saturday, breakfast is included. Additional meals during weekends are excluded.
