Programm

On this retreat, you will enjoy both morning and afternoon yoga practices. Morning yoga with Monika will clean your body from toxins and bad emotion located in the body and afternoon Kundalini yoga will heal your mind and heart.

Kundalini yoga

Kundalini yoga is a yoga of awareness. When you practice Kundalini yoga, you become aware of your body, your breath of your feelings, and your emotion. You become aware of your inner potential. Kundalini yoga will make you feel grounded, stable, and open your heart. Kundalini yoga completely changes your life and gave you what you had not found in other schools of yoga, which is greater awareness and a deeper sense of love for your self, your life, and a space dedicated to that.

Kundalini yoga involves the practice of Kriyas (set of asanas or positions), meditations, pranayama (breathing exercises), mudras (position of hands and fingers), and the chanting of mantras. Kundalini yoga optimizes the functioning of your immune system and vital glands, builds a strong nervous system, improves circulation, and enables you to develop awareness of how your habits impact you.

Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic yoga style that consists of synchronizing movement with the breath. The practice, which is a form of meditation in motion, calms the body as well as the mind. By getting rid of the tensions, you allow the free flow of energy through your body. Concentrating on the breath, you give rest to the tired excess of stimulus to the nervous system.

  • Arrival, check in for the accommodation, and welcome dinner

Saturday - Thursday

  • Morning yoga session (early kundalini yoga sadhana or/and Ashtanga yoga - 2 groups: beginners and more advanced)
  • Breakfast
  • Free time (possibility to arrange different excursion)
  • Lunch
  • Free time
  • Afternoon yoga session (Kundalini yoga)
  • Silent time (about one hour after afternoon yoga practice)
  • Social evenings, relax

Friday

  • Morning yoga session (early Kundalini yoga sadhana or / and Ashtanga yoga - all levels)
  • Breakfast
  • Goodbye and departure

Agnieszka Bera
Agnieszka Bera is a yoga instructor with more than ten years of experience in teaching yoga. A few years ago, Agnieszka fell in love in Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga changed her life, giving her just what she was missing in her yoga practice: awareness, self-love, and space for herself. Agnieszka has more than 500 hours of teacher training and she is a certified yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance. Agnieszka is also a certified Kundalini yoga teacher by Kundalini Research Institute and Yoga Alliance.

This retreat will be held in Tuscany, Italy. The retreat venue is situated near Florence, about an hour from Florence Airport (FLR) and about one and half hour from Pisa International Airport (PSA).
