Day Yoga Studio offers a wide variety of yoga classes as well as belly dancing, Pilates, wellness, and spa services.
It was in 2003 that Devon Schmidt first discovered her love for yoga. She completed her training to become a yoga teacher and since then acquired experience in various styles of yoga. In 2011, Devon opened Day Yoga Studio in Dayton, Ohio. Along with teaching open yoga classes, she also facilitates workshops, conducts private individual yoga sessions, co-directs 200-hour and 500-hour RYS teacher training programs at Day Yoga, and offers Ayurvedic massage and Reiki sessions. In 2014, Devon opened the second Day Yoga location in Vandalia, Ohio.
Brandy Erazo‘s journey began by chance when a friend invited her to try a yoga class. The class proved to be a life-changing experience. Through continued practice, her journey led her to teach. In 2010, while raising a family of seven, navigating through the challenges of being a military spouse, and pursuing a degree in education, an opportunity to become certified as a yoga instructor became available. She has had the honor to practice with Patricia Lovitt, Grand Master Adam Nguyen, Sri Dharma Mittra, and Lilias Folan.
Katy Stahl didn't know what she was signing up for when she registered for her first yoga training and in what a beautiful way her world would change. Katy has done trainings in Vinyasa, Yin, Kids, Laughter, Prenatal, and Restorative yoga. She’s also completed a doula training, as well as trainings in Reiki and is now a Reiki master. She teaches classes, conducts workshops and trainings in a variety of yoga styles including Prenatal, Kids, Vinyasa, Taoist Yin, Prenatal partner, Partner, yoga as a business, Reiki attunements, subtle anatomy and chakras, gentle yoga, meditation, and pranayama.
