Bamboo yoga incorporates Sofiah's bamboo principles of alignment, which emphasize flexibility, strength, rootedness, and openness as a means to awaken the fullest expression of who you are.
Bamboo Yoga Flow invites you to reconnect and discover your own graceful warrior by flowing through a unique series that activates your core whilst igniting authentic expression accompanied by rhythmic world beats.
Yoga and surfing go together, so much so that their physical and mental benefits share similarities. Yoga demands focus and precise control of body movements. Surfing does the same in the water. Both teach you to be flexible, open, and adaptable physically and mentally. On a purely athletic level, asana practice gets you limber and strong to get tossed around in the surf, and for those looking to get in shape, you just can’t beat the combination to get yourself in top form in just a few days.
This retreat includes a waterfall trip.
