Surf Adventure and Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica

The physical and mental benefits of yoga and surfing share similar characteristics. Asana practice in the yoga studio hones one's focus and teaches precision control of body movements. Surfing does the same in the water. Both teach you to be flexible, open, and adaptable. And after a certain point, both activities transcend the physical become very mental and elemental in nature. This retreat combines the two to give you relaxation and strength.
