Expert tip: This is one of the most popular yoga retreats offered Ireland.
Get back to nature in the wilderness. Disconnect from your busy life, unplug, and take time to slow down right into the moment, coming back to yourself in mind and body. It’s all about getting back to your authentic self, minus distractions like technology, work, media, stress, and artificial environments. Relax, de-stress, be calmer, happier and healthier! Your shoulders will drop, your smile will broaden, and you will sleep deeper. You will emerge from Crann Og reconnected, restored and relaxed.
You can choose between a cosy off-grid eco cabin, a luxury yurt, a cosy yurt or shared dorms in a wood cabin. The off-grid cabin and yurts are equipped with heating and solar powered lighting and are tastefully fitted. All bed linen and heating is provided, but please bring your own towel.
As Crann Og Eco Farm is a Gold Certified Ecotourism venue (Ecotourism Ireland & Global Sustainable Tourism Council), they offer leading brand eco-friendly soaps, shampoos, and conditioners on site for your convenience.
ReNature retreats are multi-faceted and cultivate a heart-based experience of life whereby the mind is regarded as a tool, rather than the author of your story. Yoga, meditation, and breath work sessions will be sprinkled throughout the duration of the retreat, led by the experienced instructor Marion Edler.
Deep nature connection provides the purest and deepest source of wellness. Nature connection happens by opening up to the senses rather than entertaining the mind. Since the ill-effects of the technological era have become obvious, the essential need of humans for direct nature connection can no longer go unacknowledged.
Working with nature’s shapes and materials is more than being creative. It is releasing and relaxing, and research demonstrates, it is directly effective on physical, mental and emotional well-being. Be bathed in the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, mantras, gongs, shakers, and energy chime bars. Let go and feel your body, mind and soul relax and harmonize to the frequencies of the instruments. These vibrations help to rejuvenate your body, inducing a deep, meditative state.
Crann Og Eco Farm is situated in southern county Galway, near the border of County Clare. It is a rural property and an operating small holding eco-farm, some 12 minutes drive from the town of Gort.
Regionally, Crann Og Eco Farm is located in the Lowlands of The Burren National Park and Geopark, which includes the popular tourist attractions of the Cliffs of Moher and the Wild Atlantic way. Crann Og will form part of the new spur of the Wild Atlantic Way to be announced in 2017, to take in the literary and monastic history of the region.

You will delight in the food we prepare with love and care each day. the approach to catering for the events is that the food prepared for the guests should be as nourishing as our reconnection to nature.
