Miri is a certified yoga and meditation teacher living in Portugal. In addition to her passion for yoga, Miri is also passionate about wildlife, nature and the environment, having studied ecology and wildlife conservation and worked for many years as an ecologist for NGO's in Asia and South and Central America.

Johanna Hellinger
Johanna Hellinger is a registered and experienced yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance International and has been teaching yoga full-time in Portugal and France for the past 4 years. Currently, she teaches Hatha flow, Yin Yoga, and Yin & Yang Yoga in Lisbon.

Paul Johnson
Paul Johnson is a multi-instrumental performer and composer who draws his influences from the folk traditions of Europe, Africa, and India. He enjoys improvisation, bespoke site-specific work and sound healing.

Jonah Kest
Jonah Kest has been a student of yoga since a toddler. Surrounded by his mother,father, and uncle, who were mid-western vinyasa trailblazers, he spent his earlyyears observing and learning from the best. His love of and passion for the mind-body connection grew and at age 17, Jonah became a yoga teacher under the tutelage of both his father, Jonny Kest and uncle, Bryan Kest.Over the years, his upbringing has translated into a committed asana practice, daily meditation, and consistent cultivation of gratitude.

Bryan Kest
Bryan Kest has been practicing yoga since 1979, starting when he was 14-years-old in Hawaii with David Williamsand Brad Ramsey in the 2nd ashtanga yoga class in the world outside of India, known today as being a pioneer ofbringing Ashtanga yoga to America, and the creator of one form of Power Yoga.“My primary objective”, says Kest, “besides turning more and more people on to a healthier, more peacefullifestyle that continually challenges them to grow, is to teach a system of exercise that fully integrates the body ,mind, and spirit.

Lorna Garcia
Lorna Garcia’s practice and teaching is influenced by different schools of yoga - such as Iyengar for alignment, Ashtanga Vinyasa for strength of will and tenacity, Hatha for balance, Yin and Restorative for complete surrender. Her approach to yoga is one that places importance on breath and empathy towards ourselves. Over the years, she has learned that most of our fundamental attitudes to life have their physical counterparts in the body.

Tracy Sullivan
Tracy Jane Sullivan is an intuitive harpist specializing in health and wellbeing. Inspired by clinical research demonstrating that live harp music has a positive effect on the human body as well as the mind and spirit, Tracy Jane works internationally with a variety of therapists and yoga teachers composing beautiful bespoke 'harpscapes' for classes, sessions and workshops.
