Welcome to the Run Wild, Flow Free, and Great Smoky Mountains Experience hosted by Stephanie Diaz and Cor•rer Retreats. During this women-only weekend retreat you will be celebrating different movement modalities, including participating in the Great Smoky Mountains 5K as runners and walkers, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park), and yoga practices that balance strength with rest and recovery. This experience is open to athletes and movers of all backgrounds and is about exploring the fullness and wholeness of being an active human.
Full of natural wonder, Seven Springs Retreat Center is home to hiking trails with seven natural springs on 126 acres of privately owned land. The yurt village will be your home base during the retreat and the 16-foot yoga shala will be where you come together to dive deeper into the practice of yoga.
A yurt is a mix of a tent, hut, and house. These are furnished with beds, linens, dressers, tables, lights, and electrical outlets. Each yurt is decorated with traditional textiles and artwork from around the world.
Bathrooms are shared on-site and fully equipped with toilets, sinks, and hot showers.
During this women’s-only weekend retreat you will be celebrating different movement modalities, including participating in the Great Smoky Mountains 5K as runners and walkers (Friday, September 5th, 2025), hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (weather permitting - Saturday, September 6th, 2025), and yoga practices that balance strength with rest and recovery. This experience is open to athletes and movers of all backgrounds and is about exploring the fullness and wholeness of being an active human. Yoga class styles will be a blend of Vinyasa, Power, recovery, and Restorative.
Through the creation of space to be in community with the self, with others, and with the land. By breathing some fresh life into you through the joy of experiencing something new. This retreat is for women from different walks of life ready to come together for a weekend of soul-diving in the mountains and on the run and who see movement as medicine and adventure as a way to connect to their curiosity.
The mountains are calling and a connection to like-spirited women awaits. This is an experience to reconnect to the absolute miracle that you are at this time.

You will hike and explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (weather-permitting).
Stephanie is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, yoga for all, and empowered wisdom Yoga Nidra. Additionally, Stephanie is an RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) certified running coach and mat Pilates instructor with classical Pilates education. Stephanie teaches classes that are meant to condition and strengthen the body while bringing peace to the mind and empowerment to the soul.
This program will take place in the city of Maryville which is in the Blount County of Tennessee, Southeastern United States.
