Come disconnect, recharge, and renew yourself in the Mayan Riviera. Each morning will begin with an energizing mediative flow practice and end with a calming yin, restorative, or yoga Nidra practice. This retreat is for everyone. Offering modifications for everybody. Curtis’s classes combine flow, alignment, strength, and relaxation. Find balance on and off your yoga mat, and leave the retreat feeling rejuvenated.
During this yoga holiday, you will be provided 8 nights of accommodation. Copal Retreat features large open areas for practice, open floor living, and dining areas. All rooms are private with private entrances, private bathroom, AC, Fan, and Wi-Fi.

The itinerary is curated by your local hosts, proud Mexicans who are passionate about teaching others about Mexican culture while having a lot of fun doing it. The Itinerary offers a beautiful Mayan sound bowl therapy session for the opening ceremony amongst the ocean breeze, perfect for a spiritual and mental cleanse.
There is a tour to a cenote, a freshwater sinkhole in the middle of the jungle. A tour to some ancient Mayan ruins and lunch and beach day at a pristine beach club in Tulum. A one-hour massage session on the beach. A night out in Playa del Carmen on the famous Fifth Avenue. And of course, daily sunrise and sunset practices overlooking the Caribbean waters. Whether you are cliff jumping in the jungle or reading a book on a hammock under a palm tree, the itinerary has the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation.

She is a personal trainer, nutritionist, and certified yoga teacher. she has been a competitive athlete for the majority of her life, and because of this, health and wellness have always been a huge part of who she is. In the past, she was so focused on fitness goals and where she wanted to be athletic. Then yoga came into my life and opened a whole new channel of growth. The power of breath, stillness and just being changed everything for her!
Small bay south of Playa del Carmen. Paamul Beach features white sands with some exposed limestone and lots of palm trees on the beach for natural shade.
The offshore coral reef remains the most breathtaking and well-preserved attraction on Paamul beach, guests will enjoy hours of snorkeling, diving, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and swimming in the gorgeous pool. Copal Retreat is located in a gated community with 24-hour security.

included in your package are daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by the onsite chef.
Your in-house chef and staff, deliver breakfast lunch and dinner for the guests. The menu has deep rooted Mexican dishes with contemporary style influences. The chef caters to any dietary restrictions or preferences a guest may have. They use local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients, rich cultural Mexican techniques, and most importantly, lots of love in the food they serve. Three meals are served daily, and fresh fruit and tea and infused water is available at all times.
Temazcal is the Aztec ceremonial "steam" to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit using local herbs. For this excursion, it is suggested that you do this mid-week so that everyone has time to acclimatize to the heat.
Especially as it will require a day of juicing or cleanse before you get there. It is a 45-minute drive from Copal so would be part of a day trip. It is also recommended that you include a visit to a local lagoon or cenote. The cost is 50 to 70 USD, depending on the number of people going. Transportation is included.
Visit an aquatic park partly based in the Caribbean, including open buffet, snorkeling, zip-lines, and unlimited access to water-rides and jungle adventures. This is a day trip, and you will be leaving the house at 08:30 am and get at about 06:00 p.m. The cost is approximately 90 USD.
Playa del Carmen is a 15-minute drive to the entertaining town of Playa del Carmen. For a night excursion, you can leave after the evening yoga in time for drinks and dinner in Playa. Most shops stay open until 09:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. The cost is approximately 100 USD, depending on numbers an on how late you would stay.
There are two options on offer in the area. If you want to visit Cozumel, you can take the boat over to the island for some of the best dive sites in the world. You can change this into a day trip too. Another option is Akumal, where it is only a 15-minute drive to the local dive center from there.
A one-hour relaxation massage is included in the price.
