Located at the cusp of an alpine valley and the forest you are surrounded by nature’s beauty. The sacred healing waters soothe away tension, while immersion in the crisp alpine air revitalizes your spirit. Camping in the spacious forest is included or you can book a room in the historic hotel.

Anjuli and Alok offer a unique blend of therapeutic practices that include partner stretching, connection exercises, contact improvisation, and Zen Thai Shiatsu. You can expect nourishing, elemental yoga classes in the morning followed by a delicious brunch.

Afternoon classes are a creative flow that includes partner and group Contact Yoga and Thai massage. All levels of experience are welcome.

Come solo or with a friend or partner as Anjuli and Alok encourage working with the whole group throughout the retreat. Generally, their retreats are a mix of singles and couples. The skills you learn will be supported with videos so you can continue the practice at home.

Catered brunches will be included on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. For dinner, you can purchase a meal at the restaurant or bring supplies to make your own.

There's a delicious organic restaurant that serves dinner from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the weekends. If you would rather cook, there is a communal guest kitchen in the Main Lodge. Pots, pans, plates, and everything else you need are there for your cooking convenience; but please remember to bring your own coffee, oils, and spices.

  • Take Dyson Ln to CA-49 N/Vinton Loyalton Rd in Plumas County - 12 min (10.3 mi)
  • Take CA-70 E and US-395 S to Exit 65B in Reno

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Reno–Tahoe International Airport (RNO). Transfer not included, you can rent a car or ask for a taxi.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 31% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 40 days before arrival.
