Villa Vista is an exquisite villa on the beachfront with a pool and a stunning rooftop terrace all overlooking the lush green lawn and breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. This is a four-bedroom villa, with ensuite bathrooms.

You will practice yoga in the morning (Vinyasa or Hatha) and in the evening (Yin or Yoga Nidra). This is an all-level retreat. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners are welcome.

Ever since Antonella has been practicing yoga, it has always been about creating her own space and finding time to be on her mat. As a working mom, this became a huge priority for her in terms of self-care. Her Space Yoga is about finding space and taking the time to take care of you, lengthening your muscles and finding space within your body to explore and enrich what is already there, and finding space in your mind, space in between your thoughts.
