Barbara Antonino

A London based hatha/vinyasa flow yoga teacher. Given with warmth, ease and accuracy her classes can be gentle and relaxing or dynamic and challenging. Drawing on her wealth of training with some of the world’s leading instructors, her daily personal practice and her creative background, Babs designs classes that seamlessly blend flow and stillness, strength and flexibility, clear physical alignment and union of body and breath. Babs’ passion has inspired many to take, develop and deepen a regular Yoga practice, improving their physical and mental well-being.

Dini Martinez

Dini is a sailor, mother, writer and yoga teacher. She lives on a boat with her family, sails around the world and teaches Yoga, natural birthing techniques and Ayurveda at retreats, workshops and festivals. Believing in the power of one’s dreams is what drives her. Walking the talk and encouraging and empowering people to live their dreams rather than spent their life dreaming is what keeps her going. Her teachings are influenced by numerous well and less well known teachers, as well as Vipassana meditation which she has been practicing since her first ten day silent retreat in 2004.

Katrina Bos

Katrina was raised in Toronto, Canada, by two teachers… so learning was paramount. Her first guru appeared in 1999 when she was going through a serious illness. He wasn’t a typical guru in white flowing robes.. He was a man (Jim) who had been electrocuted when an extension ladder he was carrying hit electrical wires.. He essentially “died” and when he came back he was different. He knew things. He was psychic, intuitive and knew how to heal people. He also spoke of tantra… but that isn’t what he called it. After a while, she travelled to study with various schools.

Elisabetta Fiori

Yoga Alliance International (Yoga)

Elisabetta was raised in Italy and educated in foreign languages and marketing. After having experienced the world of marketing, she decided to dedicate her life to yoga. She completed her yogic education in a Yoga Alliance Indian school, through a long travel experience and many inspiring teachers. Pranayama is a distinctive element she always include in her practice, recognizing the fundamental importance of breathing. Simple and guided practices of meditation are also embraced. Elisabetta also has a certification as Osho Meditation Facilitator.

Michelle Bartolo

Swami Vidyananda, Rishikesh Yoga Alliance RYT 500 (Yoga)

Certified through the YMCA as a Fitness Instructor and have been travelling and teaching various types of classes for many years in various countries. First introduced to Yoga in 2002, she practised under the guidance of Geoffrey Wiebe, who teaches in many popular locations in Toronto. She also completed a Beginner Hatha Yoga Foundation Course and an Intermediate Hatha Yoga Foundation Course with Zoya Lu in Malta. In 2010, she completed a 500hr Teacher Training Course in Transformational Yoga with Swami Vidyananda, a Yoga Alliance Certified course.

Ameriga Giannone

Yoga teacher – Vinyasa yoga, Yin, and SUP yoga instructor, world traveller, and surfer/kitesurfer who knows first hand how much yoga can help to improve one’s health and performance between the waves. Her Vinyasa classes are a blend of Ashtanga elements into a Vinyasa style practice, that generally targets strength-building in the arms, core, back and legs. Ameriga graduated in Oriental languages and cultures, she has travelled extensively through Asia, Africa and Latin America; and is very passionate about yoga philosophy, which she is happy to share at dinner time.

Beautiful, a tranquil haven, yoga practised is different from what I had expected, but challenging and inspiring, I really enjoyed it; Salina wine tasting fabulous, volcano walk good, kayaking great. Overall, just what I needed, a relaxing time to refresh and become whole again. Great company, food and wine too!

Just returned from a fantastic Yoga and Walking holiday in Tuscany. The entire set up provided a warm, lovely and fun atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy the delights of Italy and benefit from the daily yoga sessions.Francesca ensured that everything ran smoothly - from staying in the beautiful villa, the walking trips around the countryside, the delicious vegetarian food provided by Letizia and organising any trips to the spa and towns around Val D'orcia.Christine is a brilliant and patient Iyengar Yoga teacher and it was great to see my improvement in just 12 sessions. Patti has amazing 'healing' hands and her reflexology treatment was simply therapeutic.Overall, I would recommend this holiday to those looking for a rustic yet luxurious holiday in a beautiful setting where the organisers are friendly, welcoming and loving.

I absolutely loved my week in the villa in Tuscany. The place is so beautiful it's hard not to feel relaxed. Everything was perfectly organised and because you could choose on the day whether you joined or not, you were still able to fill in your week to your own needs. The yoga has opened my eyes to different types of yoga and has taught me a lot of new techniques. The walks were a good way of exploring the surrounding area. I liked it that it wasn't at all strict and that we just had a glass of wine (or 2) during dinner. All in all it truly was a home away from home with our own small family. I would absolutely recommend this yoga holiday!

I'm sitting here on the yoga holiday in the villa. It's been a brilliant week. Chris is an inspiring yoga teacher who's helped develop our yoga over the week. The villa is wonderful - and so homely. Francesa has been a wonderful host, organising interesting trips, picking us up, getting a great chef in and looking after us all. Thank you so much for a much needed holiday.
