This yoga and diving retreat is to immerse yourself in an islands pace of life, to connect to the enchanting beauty of the ocean, and submerge into its flow to free your inner spirit, and blossom and shine within. Treat yourself to a retreat of pure joy! Enjoy the company of a small and intimate group of like-minded people to share daily customized yoga classes, scuba diving, mindful living, meditation, relaxation, and wild dance sessions. All this while pampering yourself with body treatments, and enjoying many magical sunsets in one of the last undeveloped tropical islands in the world.

Each private Villa is complete with spacious interiors, modern amenities and private bathroom. The large, inviting bed is fronted by a floor-to-ceiling picture window that gives you a panoramic view of the tropical foliage and fruit trees. The bathroom has a separate walk-in jungle shower with a clear glass ceiling to give you a view of the dense forest canopy and provide an open to nature bathing experience. Complementing the beautiful villa is a large balcony where you can spend time reading or just soaking in nature and spotting birds amongst the dense green foliage that surrounds you.

Start your holiday with an opening sacred circle and welcome dinner. The next day, wake up to the sound of chirping birds in the tropical garden and the distant sound of ocean waves, to begin your day with a walk on the beach, journaling or a refreshing swim. A little later, wake up your body with a blissful guided yoga class in a remote hilltop pavilion overlooking the forest, connecting to your breath with pranayama exercises and ending with a smiling meditation.

After grounding and balancing, relish the delicious flavors of your buffet breakfast. After breakfast, a creative workshop will bring out the artist in you, leaving two mornings to submerge into the enchanting fluid world with spectacular scuba-diving trips!

A nourishing lunch will be waiting for you, while the afternoon unfolds into quiet time, free to relax, pamper yourself with a body treatment, swim in the sea, read a book, snorkel, or just be. At 4pm the group meets again for a customized relaxation session or a relaxing restorative yoga practice, ending just in time to catch the sunset. Join a guided sacred walk on the beach, followed by a Five Rhythm guided dance to bring you back to yourself and awake your body sensations.

An exquisite dinner inspired by Indian cuisine will be served, as a perfect day melts softly. Youll be ready to rock yourself gently in a hammock, share smiles and laughter with friends or enjoy the fragrant aroma of your warm chai while gazing at the stars. The last day of the retreat will end with a closing sacred circle followed by breakfast.

Mei Shapiro

Mei is the founder of Come Back to Yourself Retreats. She's Canadian, fluent in English and French, and her passions include travelling, nature, different cultures and places. Mei is a certified diving instructor and she loves to share her passion of the underwater realm with others. She's also a yoga and meditation instructor.

Yoga has taught her how to live a meaningful life, guided from within, and her gentle style of teaching focuses on deep inner awareness in the Yoga poses, pranayama, and meditation, all with the goal of taking you to that place where you can just be yourself and be aware of the things you love, things you're passionate about, that make you smile, connecting to your body sensations, your deep soul desires, embracing silence, connecting to your inner child - creating, moving, laughing and flowing with whatever life brings, and all these things are what she wants to share with you.

As your retreat facilitator, Mei's goal is to stimulate and bring to light the very best potential in you with a combination of mindful living, relaxation, physical activities, movement, and having fun.

A hallmark of Come Back To Yourself Retreats is going beyond pure cerebral integration by anchoring new experiences in the body, helping you find simple ways that work for you. Mei believes that everyone is capable of making these changes in their lives, and it always starts with the little things - sometimes they are right under your nose where you just cant see them! So, rather than teaching traditional yoga and meditation, Mei will guide you to appreciate the sacred within the simple things in life. Let her show you simple practical ways to slow down, balance, reflect, smile, enjoy, embody, and go home a fuller happier version of yourself, more aware of being perfect as you already are!

Mei also loves playing music, yoga, being underwater, wild dancing, painting, long walks on the beach, peaceful tea breaks, silent moments, and magical sunsets.

Barefoot at Havelock's elegantly designed and pampering cottages will ensure your perfect retreat experience. Located amidst rainforest and tropical fruit trees, and behind a pristine white-sand stretch on one of the most stunning beaches in South Asia, youll be enjoying turquoise waters fringed by white sand beaches, surrounded by dense jungle and mangrove forests. Arrival by airplane

The airport you will be flying into is Veer Savarkar International Airport (IXZ) from Chennai or Calcutta. There are no direct international flights that arrive in Port Blair.

Arrival by ferry

To reach Havelock, you must first get to Port Blair- the capital city of the Andaman Islands.

Ferries leave daily from Port Blair port (Phoenix Bay Jetty) to Havelock Island. There are two government ferries that depart daily from Port Blair to Havelcok island at 06:20 and 14:00. Duration of trip is 2.5 hours. There is one private ferry Catamaran, Makruzz, departing daily at 08:15, duration of trip is 1.5 hours.

Please note that getting tickets on the ferry can be very hard and tiresome with long queues. It can be extremely difficult to procure last minute tickets. It is recommended to plan ahead and allow the hotel to arrange ferry tickets for you. Please contact Come Back to Yourself Retreats for more details.
