This retreat is suitable for anyone who’d like to get away from the pressure of life, take time out in nature to relax, nourish and energize with wellness, healthy plant-based food, yoga, and learn how to manifest your deepest desires. All levels are welcome and you can take everything at your own pace. The Cleave boasts a brand new yoga studio and infinity deck which offers views that not only take your breath away but offer a deep sense of relaxation whilst you participate in asana, pranayama, and meditation. These practices will not only relax you but will help to increase oxygen flow, balance, clarity, and promote a peaceful mind and an open heart. All asana practices, meditations, and journaling are based around the heart chakra so you will experience a deep sense of love for yourself and others. Yoga Nidra, crystal meditations, and healing through sound vibrations during a gong bath and crystal bowl meditations will definitely melt away any tension and stress, as well as help connect you to your true self.

Please note there is no single occupancy.

You will stay in one of our four delightful cabins for two people, (twin or super king bed) as well as have access to a modern fitted woodland shower room. There are twin beds in each cabin but if you prefer these can be connected to make a super king bed. (Please request)

In each cabin, there are two single beds (based on shared accommodation). The maximum occupancy in each cabin is 2.

The single beds are also designed to be connected together to make a super king bed upon request.

B Toad Hall is located at the top of a steep woodland path. Handrails and lighting are there to guide you. There is no running water or toilet facilities at the top of the hill. Water is supplied and the woodland shower room is down the bottom of the hill.


Please arrive in plenty of time to settle into your cabin and receive your goody bag. Do bring with you your yoga mat and yoga blocks. Pillows from the cabin can be used for Yin yoga.
