Eight years ago, Cole took her very first yoga class at a drug and alcohol treatment center. Although she was not ready to change her life at that point, a seed had been planted that there may, just possibly, be another way to live. Eventually, after several more years of crazy and chaos, she realized the mat, the practice, was her only way to freedom and she has held on ever since. Whether through a vigorous asana, the stillness of meditation, or diving deep into the beautiful philosophy of yoga, she hopes to support you to find your own unique dance towards freedom.
Echo started yoga about 12 years ago. She took her first class because she thought she needed something to calm her mind. She has always been a thrill seeker and sports enthusiast, and at the time, she felt like she needed a shift of energy. Over the years, her Yang nature grew exponentially until she decided that she wanted to teach yoga. She has two 200-hour yoga teacher training certifications with a total of 400-hour RYT training, and hundreds of hours of teaching under her belt. Her background began with Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power yoga, evolving to Yin, Restorative, and Sivananda.

Jacquelynn St.Pierre is a lead teacher in Sukha Yoga Austin's 200 and 300 hours training and a guest teacher in teacher trainings around the world. She works privately with students and clients face to face in Austin, Texas, and around the globe via the interwebs. Jacq attended Laughing Lotus College of Yoga in San Francisco and has studied extensively with her teachers there at Laughing Lotus NYC. She is deeply humbled and forever grateful to her Lotus Sangha and to the teacher in all things.
